Pros: Very modern, spotless clean, lovely decor, Kitchen had everything you needed , couldn't fault it .

Cons: As it is a bassment room there is no natural light with no window, but having said this it didnt bother us at all. We booked this apartment for the Olympic stadium concert and it was very close indeed.

Perfect place!

Pros: Perfect location especially if you are traveling for a concert at Kalimarmaro stadium. Super clean and cozy. Cute restaurants/bars around. A friendly neighborhood. Felt totally safe comparing to other neighborhoods in the center of Athens. Can’t wait to be back!

Perfect for short stays!

Pros: Perfect location. Very nice neighborhood. Nicely decorated.

Cons: Coffee machine would be nice touch, even though you have very good coffee shop right opposite the apparent.

Cons: The fact that there is no window is maybe an issue for some. For me it was fine for a short stay as I was outside most of the time anyway, but for a longer stay it might be a bit difficult.

Pros: I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens! The apartment is in a great area— just a short walk to a lively square with nice restaurants and cafés. The neighborhood felt safe and local, with easy access to the city center, either by foot or public transport. The apartment was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, with everything needed for a comfortable stay - also very quiet at night. The host was lovely, waited for us on arrival - he was very helpful and responsive.

Nice apartment in a lively suburb of Athens.

Pros: Don't be surprised by the access to the apartment by a small door at the basement of the building. Once you are there, you get into a small apartment nicely renovated with excellent amenities. Plus it is located in the middle of the Pagrati quarter, a quiet residential area with lot of cafes and restaurants.

Cons: One big problem is the overflow of water into the bathroom and beyond, due to the absence of a curtain. This problem is very common in Greece and needs to be solved.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean room in an excellent location. The owner was very kind and accommodating as well. Great experience !

Pros: Great location, very close to fine places to eat, drink or grab a coffee. All the touristy things are fairly close - if you mind the walk you can take one of the nearby busses. The area gets lively in the evening but we didn't have any trouble sleeping. Overall it was cosy, clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed for a week's stay.

Cons: No problems! The shower uses a boiler for hot water but we got used to it quickly. :)

Short distance to attractions; great, clean and comfortable apartment right next to shops and cafes.

Pros: Full service. Great contact with the owner - the gentleman helped to get to the place, explained how and where to get there, how and what works, etc. Beautiful decor in a great location (close to the central attractions in Athens - we moved around the center mainly on foot). Right next to the bus stop, a square with shops, a bakery, cafes, etc. On Friday right next to the fruit and vegetable market. It didn't bother us that the apartment is in the basement, although you had to watch your head when entering directly from the sidewalk. We highly recommend it for two people.
