Garden of Eden in Koukaki

Pros: Location is superb! The terrace is very spacious, and the view is absolutely outstanding.

Cons: 1. The kitchen lacked basic items such as paper towels and cleaning cloths. \t2.\tThe bathroom door is damaged and cannot be closed properly, causing privacy issues. \t3.\tThe washing machine detergent drawer was moldy and insufficiently cleaned. \t4.\tThere were no hooks or hangers near the entrance or in the bathroom, which is inconvenient in winter.

A Perfect central location for exploring Athens on foot - a very quiet last floor appartment with a view of Parthenon

Pros: This is a perfect location for exploring Athens. It is a 5 min walk from Plaka, a 15 min walk from Monastiraki and Syntagma. The closest metro and tram are less than 5 min walk. We walked everywhere. The owners are marvelous - always prompt to respond via email and to help. They allowed a very late check out for us given our late flight. The appartment is very clean, calm and quiet (really surprising given its location). It is located on the last floor and one can see the Parthenon from its terrace. The neighbourhood has a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

Cons: Bathroom drains slowly, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Pros: Great location, host was easy to get a hold of, all the facilities were there. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the dark curtains were great.

Pros: The apartment has a great terrace with a view on Parthenon and Filopapou. Everything was perfect and as described. It is located near the Acropolis museum and Plaka, few minutes walk away. The owner reacted immediately for a minor technical issue and it was repaired the same day. Perfect!!!

Great stay in a well located apartment

Pros: Great location, in a mainly residential area, with good local shops, restaurants, cafes etc plus easy access to tourist locations and to the Metro A mixed area in that there are some poorly maintained buildings in amongst middle & fairly up-market shops & eateries Helpful owner who provided lots of information about where to eat, visit etc Nice balcony to eat or relax on Comfy bed. Excellent air conditioning

Comfortable flat where you can really relax after long day

Pros: Everything what you need is in the property and even more, there is even toaster, coffee machine, dish washer, washing machine. The bed is big and comfy. The bathroom is nice and the living room is very spaceful and beautiful. What we really love it is a balcony. You can have breakfest here with nice street view and Acropolis in the background. There are also 2 sunbeds for your relax. The location is perfect! It’s just 10 minutes walk to Acropolis and 15 minutes to town centre. The area is quiet with a few shops and coffee shops nerby. The restaurants here are amazing, serving delicious Greek food. Metro station is just 5 minutes walk and has good connection with the airport.
