Kalliopis Apartment

Pros: You might feel a little uneasy at first, but that's a false impression! The apartment is very modern with a beautiful view. The communication with the owner is great; Dimitris is very helpful and answers all questions very quickly. We were welcomed with wine, toasting supplies, and fruit. Everything you need is there.

Wonder modern apartment with stunning balcony view

Pros: A beautiful modern apartment (exactly per the photos) on the 5th floor (with elevator) with an amazing view of the Acropolis in a quiet apartment block. Black out blinds and well glazed so no noise issues whatsoever! The area felt very safe and loads of little local bars, restaurants nearby. The bed and pillows were luxury! A large bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine/dryer (a bonus). Close enough to all the tourist sites while far enough away from the mayhem! 20 mins walk got you to Plaka, Monastiraki, Acroplis. Another bonus was that Karemeikos Metro (to Airport) and Thiseio Metro (to Piraeus Port) are both less than a 10 min walk. And a special thanks to our wonderful host Dimitris! We arrived late and tired due to weather related ferry cancellations to find a complimentary bottle of wine, bread cheese ham and fruit left for us. Top man! We will be back!

Pros: Thank you very much for everything Dimitrius, everything was perfect from the reservation, communication, delivery of the keys, your attention to us, the early check-in, wine, fruit and snacks you left for us, in addition to your property being extremely good, with a wonderful view of Pathernon... it couldn't have been better...

Amazing Acropolis view from your balcony

Pros: This is an fully renovated apartment on the 5th floor of an older building with an amazing unblocked view at the Acropolis. I have never seen a better equipped apartment: air-condition, electric stove, microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, oil, butter, marmalade etc) shampoos, hairdryer and much more. The host left a watermelon, bananas, toast bread, cheese and ham in the fridge and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Many thanks, we had a wonderful holiday!

Cons: The apartment is very nice and very well situated: 950 m from the metro station Keramikos (direct connection to the airport) and the metro station Metaxourgio around 650 m. The neighborhood from the Metaxourgio site is quite shabby and there are dubious establishments along the main road. We had no problems and nobody bothered us, but when we realised what these establishments were we started using the metro station Keramikos which was free of those.

Pros: Perfect stay, apartment is nicely decorated and very well maintained, clean, very well equipped. There was even welcome food in the fridge, water and a bottle of wine, very thoughtful. The owner was very nice and welcoming, easy to communicate with, made sure we have everything we need. The location of the apartment was central, nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The view from the balcony is spectacular. I would highly recommend!

Superb!

Pros: The apartment is one of the best I ever stayed in! It's super clean and modern, has an amazing view, and has everything you need, including a full kitchen setup, a coffee machine, and even welcoming food and drinks! I traveled with my teenage daughter who felt less comfortable with the neighborhood, but I loved it! Off the tourist center, but 15-20 minutes walking distance to anywhere in the city center, 10 minutes to the subway station, supermarket just around the corner, lots of cool restaurants and bars in the area. It felt completely safe as well. Dimitris was super helpful and responsive. Our flight back was delayed for a few hours, and Dimitris kept our language, so we had a few more hours to walk around - it was completely not obvious, thank you so much for that!

Cons: The water pressure in the shower is very low, but it's not that dramatic when it's so hot outside :)

Awesome spacious apartment for two with great view of the Acropolis

Pros: It is an awesome apartment with a great view of the Acropolis and a lovely host. There was welcome food and drinks which we really appreciated because we arrived hungry and thirsty. The apartment had everything we needed, was spacious and quiet despite the very loud atmosphere of Athens. All the great attractions are within walking distance.

Cons: The neighbourhood is not the best and a bit dirty, but it is totally compensated by the great apartment with its view and host.

Pros: One of the best apartments I've stayed in. The balcony view of the Acropolis was stunning - something many would pay hundreds more for. The bed was cosy, the kitchen modern and fully equipped, and the bathroom was nice too. The apartment itself is high up in a bloc, in a cute and trendy neighborhood just a 8-10 min walk from the hubbub of the city. Other than the incredible view, the lovely owner kept some food and treats in the room for us - which helped us out a lot.

Pros: Very good communication with a host, apartment was very clean and met all expectations from the photos. The neighbourhood is not the nicest but location is really great.
