Pros: What I liked most was the location and the balcony. Also, the apartment is very spacious and aesthetically pleasing.
Cons: The owner never responded to the message about the switches for the thermostat in the bathroom, but to be fair she did write the instructions for the switches on the paper next to the thermostat switches.

Modern apartment
Pros: The apartment was modern, clean and spacious, the kitchen was very good equipped.
Cons: We did not meet the owner, we had to call the phone number indicated at the entrance to the block. We encountered difficulties in finding the key in a small box at the entrance to the yard of the property, following the directions sent by the owner on whatsapp. However, the owner gave us useful information on the boiler, the wi-fi password by phone.

We liked the apartment and Glyfada area generally and would go again.
Pros: Building is old but apartment is newly renovated and furnitures are good. Location is perfect, 5 min to voula beach and 15 min vouliagmeni beach Very close to the tram line 7 ( we used frequent to go city centre) Around the apartment there are lots of good restaurants and bars
Cons: Main Street in front of the apartment is very loud. Windows of apartment are very good but if you’re sensitive this can be an issue

Overall we had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. Would definitely recommend it.
Pros: Nice location, nice apartment. Good airconditioning in both rooms.
Cons: Some small inconveniences. You have to switch on certain electricity groups whenever you want to shower (for hot water). And then switch them off afterwards. Sometimes you forget switching them on and then you only have cold water. The towels were old, like they were washed very often. Would be nice to replace them (given the price paid for the stay), and to also include an extra set of towels to go to the beach. We had to buy them on the spot.

Pros: Very nice position near on foot to Glyfada's square,where you can find anything! Very clean room with an excellent view! Very good choice of all things in the room! It is new with high standards of choices! Communication with operators was easy enough with excellent response during our stay!
Cons: I didn't like the time and the way i received an invoice that i had asked before! In fact,i had to ask it agaianvia message, after i have left the room. Their response was fast and send me in a blurring screenshot.I thank them and asked if possible to send me another , more clear screenshot or with an email.From then on... no relative ( either negative or positive) answer. No big matter but i find it amateur! For business trips is better to choose organised hotels (my opinion). I had similar problems in the past with such kind of rooms. On the other hand , it was a decent room!

Pros: The kitchen had all the right appliances the living room couch was also very comfortable The bedroom was also very good the only thing I would change are the pillows and the linens were very cheap and looked used for a long time but the mattress was awesome and the closets with nice lighting in them.
Cons: The bathroom was my least favourite the toilette was behind the door so when my friend walked in and everything was so close that you didn't have space to move.and last the ac took for ever to heat the room.

Great property to stay at as a solo traveler or couple
Pros: The appartement looks great, is comfortable and I like that I had all the amenities I would have at home including the washing machine. The location is perfect for a stroll to the shopping area of glyfada as well as to the beach
Cons: The building outside looks outdated, but it is super compensated inside!

Great place definitely recommended
Pros: Exceptional location, clean ( but it could be better specially at check in) . Staff very helpful and responsive.
Cons: The living room blinds were broken, we mentioned it but they didn't fix it and the it's very disturbing for the person sleeping in the living room. Cleaning at check in could be better.
