Lavender-Emma cosy apartment near city center

Pros: nice comfortable nad spacious flat easy access of keys by key box , I got additional infos about the ac of thermostate and wifi code and all necessary details

Cons: there was a problem at the entrance of the main building door and i had diffiicalty to enter the building as i couldnt unlock the main door .Forrtunatelly a resident person of the building opened the door from inside .ii asked for the person whom i communicate to inform the owner of the flat to fix this little problem. of course the area is not the perfect one for some visitors but not for me i got used to live in this kind of areas with many emigrants and i wasnt embarrased and of course no problems occured

good place to stay for longer

Pros: big spacious apartment, kitchen, bath, living room with big tv, washing machine - all you need for a longer stay, easy connection to city center by metro, shops around, even police station close by :) opposite of the house is a nice bakery host very helpful - good communication the Saturday morning farmer s market starts early in the morning and lasts whole day

Cons: ordinary district - loud, traffic sounds, cars - nothing interesting around mold and moist damage on walls across the rooms, balcony cluttered with stuff

Spacious and well equipped

Pros: Very well equipped full apartment with one bedroom, washing machine, full kitchen, balcony to dry washing on, everything you could need. 5 min walk from bus stop, 10 from metro, 15-20 from National Archaelogical Museum. Bed is very comfortable. Excellent communication and responsiveness from owner. Highly recommend.

Good location, but moldy and moist damaged apartment.

Pros: Good location for the purpose of my stay, meaning I could walk to most places I needed. Close to metro stations and bus. Easy self check in. Roomy apartment. Comfortable bed. Good and well equipped kitchenette. Overall a clean impression, but can be even better and more meticulous. Strong wifi. Communicative host.

Cons: Severe mold and moist damage on walls and roofs in all rooms, which created a damp unpleasant odor. This is also a potential health concern. (I notified the host) Overall a clean impression, but can be even better and more meticulous. Very dirty balcony, therefore didn't want to use it. Noisy neighbors. Disturbance from time to time from the street. Farmers Market on the street every Saturday (could be interpretated as both good and bad of course, but as a FYI, it is a lot of noise). Entrance to the building is in a very poor condition.

Pros: Nice and clean appartment. Entering the appartment was quick and easy. The Sun blocking blinds are a plus and kept the warmth outside and the appartment dark in the morning. The beds were good. Also the sofabed. It was good for my back problem. Not too soft Everything was new. The bedlinen were clean. The owner is friendly.

Pros: We liked everything about the apartment. It had everything you need. It is some 45min walk from acropolis, so it's near everything you are going to see but far enough to get a good night sleep. Facilities are excellent, just fallow the instructions of owner who is the best one we came across aldo we never met them. TV is connected to the internet and you can sign up to your account on anything from Netflix to YouTube.

Pros: An extremely pleasant, comfortable, clean, very well located place, we could approach many tourist sites walking about 30 min.
