Excellent appartment
Pros: Everything was perfect, from facilities to location! Mr George was a great host, he responded to all of our requests and made sure our stay was comfortable. The appartment is brand new, with lots of light and all the comforts we needed and more. We will definitely book this place again and we strongly suggest it to all of you!

Perfect
Pros: We had an amazing stay at this accommodation and can't wait to come back again. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The apartment was spacious, modernly decorated and very comfortable - we felt at home from the first moment. The cleanliness was at the highest level, every corner spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we enjoyed preparing meals, but there are also plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area if you're in the mood to enjoy local cuisine. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. They provided us with all the information we needed and even recommended some hidden gems in the area that we would have probably missed otherwise. All in all, this was one of the best accommodation we've stayed in and we definitely plan to come back. We recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy comfort, peace and a perfect location!

Pros: Konumu çok iyi ve merkezi, Atina'nın en merkezi ve nezih semtlerinden biri Kolonaki, çok lezzetli ve yüksek puanlı kafe ve restoranlara yürüyüş mesafesinde, hiç taksi kullanma ihtiyacımız olmadı, biraz yokuş var sadece ama o da bizim için hiç problem değildi, bilgi amaçlı yazıyorum. Yatak bugüne kadar yattığımız en rahat yatak diyebiliriz, evimizde hissettik.

Pros: Top Lage! Sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Sehr einfacher und unkomplizierter Kontakt.
Cons: Im Bad hat die Dusche kein gutes Gefälle, sodass der Boden schnell unter Wasser steht. Wir mussten dafür die Handtücher opfern.

Comfortable Apartment in Excellent Location
Pros: The apartment is located in an excellent area in Kolonaki, one of the most central and safe neighborhoods in Athens. It is clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, shops, museums, and public transportation.

Pros: 9,5 στα 10! Minimal, μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα με εύκολη πρόσβαση και πόρτα ασφαλείας. Η τοποθεσία του ακριβώς δύο δρόμους πάνω από τα κεντρικά spot της περιοχής! Με μικρά tips κ βελτιώσεις μπορεί να αγγίξει το άριστο 10!
Cons: Θα προτιμούσα μια συμβατή μηχανή nesespresso με mini κάψουλες.

Super convinient location and great management team
Pros: Great location; convenient and safe. The charm of Koloniki is its hills, the small shops, and the easy access to Lycabettos hill Nd it’s beautiful church. These things made it for an enjoyable morning walks. We used this place as home base while we traveled to some of the islands and Italy through our a month and it provided exactly that., a home feeling
Cons: We had trouble with a stubborn AC leak in the bathroom, but they were very responsive about getting it fixed. A bit messy but this things happen every now and then. Make sure you get N actual key and not just use the automatic lock. This can save you from some headaches. Being in the first floor, right off the street is a bit uncomfortable at first since you don’t feel safe opening the shades for some daylight.
