Athenian Elite Kolonaki Apt

Pros: The location of the apartment is amazing. Few steps from stores, restaurants, coffee shops etc; very safe location. The apartment is spacious and the amenities it offers of high quality.

Cons: The apartment is on the first floor so it’s a bit dark during the day.

Pros: Spacious , clean and very well equipped two bedroom apartment 10 min walk from parliament. Private parking spot. Very kind and easy to work with host.

Pros: very nice apartment with two bedrooms and two showers/toilets. The apartment is equipped with all necessities from one use toothbrush/toothpaste to hair dryer and hair iron.

Cons: The location is up the hill and tiring to walk down the centre. There is no much natural light coming into the flat and this makes it a bit cold

Pros: Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα. Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης με άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ό,τι του ζητήθηκε.

Cons: Το πάρκινγκ ήταν πολύ στενό. Θέλει μικρό αυτοκίνητο.

Over all a great apartment in Kolonaki. Would stay there again.

Pros: The accommodation was clean and provided all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The location is quiet and conveniently situated within walking distance of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and shopping. It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for walking. The unit also has an elevator, which is a convenient feature.

Pros: The place was nice and clean. Hosts were very good with communication - they responded to all my messages promptly - even late into the evening. There is a little grocery store very close if you ned anything. Just know that the place is 10 mins walk uphill from the nearest metro station.

Pros: Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο & καθαρό. Άψογο για την περιοχή , μεγάλο και άνετο.

Cons: Θέλει λίγο περπάτημα απο το κεντρο

It was wonderful overall

Pros: Super clean and comfortable. I felt very safe. And it has everything that is needed.

Cons: I didn’t like that it didn’t have a balcony. And it was dim during the day light. You always have to keep lights on.

Άνετη διαμονή όμορφος χώρος

Pros: Είναι ένα πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα! Προσεγμένο γουστόζικο και με όλες τις παροχές! Πεντακάθαρο! Άνετα δωμάτια άνετα μπάνια ο υπεύθυνος του καταλύματος ήταν ευγενέστατος και πολύ πρόθυμος! Η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα πριν την άφιξη μας ήταν πλήρως κατατοπιστική!

Cons: Μας δυσκόλεψε το πάρκινγκ ήταν πάρα πολύ στενά αν κ είναι προνόμιο στο Κολωνάκι να έχεις πάρκινγκ)!Επίσης στην κατά τα αλλά εξαιρετική διαμονή μας μας δυσκόλεψε που δεν υπήρχε μπαλκόνι τελικά αν και το γνωρίζαμε από πριν και πιστεύαμε πως δεν θα είναι πρόβλημα! Επίσης η έλλειψη θεάς ήταν στα αρνητικά του όμορφου διαμερίσματος! (Έβλεπε σε έναν τοίχο με κισσό σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση). Για όλα τα παραπάνω θεωρώ πως η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής δεν είναι πολυ καλή!
