The place is cozy and well located, the owner responded my questions, and my stay was very pleasant

Pros: The property was easy to find and had convenient access. When I arrived, the place was pleasantly cool, which created a nice first impression and gave off welcoming vibes. It felt comfortable and inviting right away.

Cons: Some of the furniture was either broken or not working properly, which took away a bit from the overall experience. A little maintenance would make a big difference.

Very good for a solo traveler

Pros: The place is in a very good posh area that is full with small restaurants, bakery shops and bars. It was easy to get there from the airport, there is a nearby bus stop and a metro stop that gets u to the city centre. I used to walk from the place to the city centre cuz it's like 20-30mins. The view from the place was very nice

Cons: The place could have been cleaner

Pros: - the terrace & and opportunity it presents, to sit outside - bus and metro station are close

Cons: - communication with the host was smooth until I asked if it's possible to check in a bit earlier than 3pm. I never got a response l. I was offered before to drop my bags at the room from noon and since it was self check in I simply let myself in earlier. - Something to be aware of. There is no fridge.

Everything I expected for one night in Athens. Cute, cozy and quiet

Pros: Very cute little apartment and had access to the terrace of the building.

Cons: Could use a little renovation on the balcony but other than that it was all good!

Great location and amazing value for money!

Pros: Check-in was clearly stated to start at 15:00, but to his credit, the host kindly reached out and offered to let me drop off my bags earlier, which was a thoughtful gesture. Communication with him was easy and prompt. The location was excellent and felt completely safe, just next to the city center. There’s a metro stop very close by, but if you enjoy walking, you’re only about 15 minutes on foot from the heart of the city. For the price, this place is absolutely value for money—I doubt you’ll find anything similar in this area at this rate.

Cons: To make the apartment truly perfect, I think a few small details could be improved—perhaps a minor renovation and a bit more attention to cleanliness. Other than that, everything was great.

Peaceful little place with panoramic views with for budget travellers

Pros: The location is perfect, I loved that there was a private balcony, very comfortable bed and a tv. Really good views and not noisy

Cons: There is not a proper kitchen, and some things were not very clean even though it didn’t bother me

The Perfect Place to Stay in Athens!

Pros: Excellent location with panoramic view of Lycabettus Hill. Clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced with all the necessary facilities.The perfect place for a short stay in Athens!

Cons: The shower could use a shower curtain. It was difficult to take a shower without causing a flood.

Nothing better for that money

Pros: Great value for money, neighbourhood great as well, if you like to walk, you can be at the Acropolis gates in 45 minutes walking pretty slowly.

Cons: Well, the curtain in the shower is a must be and doors to the fridge (is hidden in a cabin) are broken and this two seems like easy fixes.

A very good place which can be great with a couple of improvements. For short stays, it's excellent!

Pros: I received a call in the middle of the night, which was probably a very short one or I hope it were so. The call was made at 4 am UK time. Not what I expected. However, I also received several photos to guide me to the place and up to the loft including how to get the keys video. The location was very close to Evangelismos metro station. The area was nice. It was a small loft like a studio apartment. Excellent place for a couple or a single person. The view was very nice. I reckon there'll be some amazing sunsets and views in summer. Although the place was small, they had everything from a hair dryer to an iron and plates and cutlery. I definitely recommend this place.

Cons: The showerhead could have had the holder on the wall, which would have made having a shower a bit easier. Plus, the water spills out. So, I'd recommend a threshold would do a great job of blocking water going into the room. Additionally, there was an iron and I used it. But it leaked a lot of water. So, it took me about 20 min to sort out ironing two t-shirts. It looked like a very good iron but the leak made my t-shirt wet and in summer it would not matter but in winter it does.
