Pros: Good neighborhood, private parking, spacious, nice staff

Cons: Wasn't very clean

Lovely flat in the lykabetos hill

Pros: Very nice modern flat with good facilities, air conditioning, tv , balcony, etc

Cons: Its is way up on a hill. This means easy walk from the flat anywhere but almost impossible to return by feet back

Perfect place for family, car and dog.

Pros: If you have a pet, a car and a family this is the place to go in Athens. I had a ski box on top of my SUV making under ground parking impossible, so I was looking for a safe place with comfort, accepting pets and providing parking. The reality was I could not find anything else ticking all these boxes. The apartment is really good, big and comfortable. It also has a huge terrace. 2 minutes walking is the Lycabettus Hill cable car. For pet owners I mention that a park forest in also a couple of minutes away for walking the dog. Very-very pleased.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Nice place for cheap. A little tight for 6 people, but it worked. Didn't use the parking, but nice to have.

Cons: I mean, you know what you are getting, but only one toilet for 6 people is rough. Beds weren't the best, but not bad. Worst part is the location. It's high. My family walked from the Metro station with all our luggage, that was rough!

Pros: Struttura comoda con parcheggio. Piuttosto vicina alla metropolitana e a bar. Stanze molto grandi, ci si dorme comodamente in sei.

Cons: Il bagno non è molto comodo

Schönes Apartment mit toller Lage und Parkplatz in Kolonaki.

Pros: Das Apartment ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage finden wir toll, besonders schön ist auch der große Balkon. Für uns war auch der Parkplatz perfekt. Bequeme Betten und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort!

Cons: Das Bad ist klein, was an sich ok ist, aber durch das Duschen läuft das Wasser auch vor die Toilette. Wir hatten leider auch keinen Badvorleger. Es fehlt eine Ablage für Kosmetik, Zahnbürste etc. Ein kleines Regal könnte vielleicht noch angebracht werden :)

Pros: Υπέροχη επίπλωση άρτια εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τέντες καθαρό σύγχρονο σε ήσυχη αλλά κεντρική τοποθεσία του Λυκαβητου κολωνακι και με πολύ συνεργάσιμους ιδιοκτήτες ευέλικτους για self check in and check out . Το αγάπησα.

Cons: Τιποτα . Ήταν τα πάντα ιδανικά .

Für mehrtägigen Athen Aufenthalt sehr ansprechend und empfehlenswert.

Pros: Für die Hauptstadt Athen eine perfekte Parkmöglichkeit mit geschlossenem Parkplatz , auch für große Pkw/SUV geeignet, was in Griechenland keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Für Alle mit Pkw Reisende eine Erleichterung. Das Appartement modern ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Gute und sichere Gegend.

Cons: Am ersten Tag ein unangemeldeter Gastgeber Besuch ohne unsere Anwesenheit. Wahrscheinlich gut gemeint mit Bettwäsche Wechsel, aber unpassend ohne vorigen Zustimmung mit uns. Insgesamt eine gute Lage aber sehr steiler und bergiger Weg für täglichen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum zum Appartement.

Pros: La location è in un quartiere sicurissimo abitato da politici del luogo e piantonato dalla polizia.
