Really great for a trip in Athens
Pros: Very well located in the city, max 20 minutes on foot of everything Clean and very well equiped Good communication with the host
Cons: Just a little bit of street noise, but it is expected in a city center. It is not a problem unless you're super noise-sensitive

Pros: Everything is good. We can get to all the sights and shopping area by walk. There is a metro station nearby. Very clean room with everything I need. With elevator! Staff is quite friendly and offer us much help especially when there is strike and we have to adjust our itiary. I shall recommend it to my friends.
Cons: Just one thing for improvement. Water heater is not friendly for long hair.

Very clean and convenient
Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all extras(iron, hairdryer etc). It was at a very central location, close to the metro stop and city center. The staff were all very helpful via telephone and locally. Access instructions were easy and clear. Very happy and will book again when I am next in Athens!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Spacious and extremely clean and well appointed. It was in a really great position for restaurants, shops and tourist attractions such as the Acropolis and Syntagma Square which were all within walking distance.
Cons: Having to get rid of our rubbish into a street bin.

Excellent base to explore Athens
Pros: The location was amazing. I would describe the location as a shopping/business district and when the shops close in the evening, the restaurants and bars come to life. There are loads of lovely cafes and restaurants in the area and Panepistimio metro station is a one-two minute walk away (with lift access in the square opposite Klafthmonos square). There's also a supermarket in this same square. The apartment was really well equipped with everything we needed for our stay plus little thoughtful touches like drinks in the fridge, cookies, olive oil, salt, pepper, laundry tablets etc! Wifi was great, beds were comfortable and the apartment was super clean.
Cons: Only slight misgiving was the thumping music from a nightclub or bar nearby that went on past midnight. It didn't spoil our stay as we can sleep through anything but this might be a dealbreaker for some. I chalked it up to the location being in the city centre so can't really expect total silence. I'd still happily stay here again as I loved the apartment and the location.

A very good apprtment to stay for vacation in Athens
Pros: The apartment is located in a central location, very near to restaurants, cafes, central metro stations, two supermarkets with a wide variety of products, shops, etc. The apartment is beautiful, very cute and comfortable to live in. The double bed is very comfortable and large, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is large and cozy. The apartment is located on the seventh floor near a main street and, the double acoustic insulation windows of the apartment prevented very effectively the entering of noises from the busy streets. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful . There is no doubt that this apartment is the right place to stay on vacation in Athens at a fair price.
Cons: Complitly nothing. We loved evrythings

Pros: The apartment was clean, elegant with good equipment and near public transport. Short walking to Panepistimo Metro station and Klafthmonos bus stop, it's Sounion bus stop too.. Everything was near, lots of restaurants, supermarket in downstairs, short way walking to Monastiraki, Psyri and Plaka. The housekeeper was very kind and elegant. She showed me a beautiful view of Acropolis on the roof floor. We got free candles, coffee, and drinks.
Cons: Living room aircondition didn't work, but we didn't need it because October nights are cold.
