Convenient Location!

Pros: The apartment was easy to find. It is about a 10 minute walk along Stadiou from Syntagma Square. The apartment is small but efficiently laid out. We liked that they managed to fit in a queen bed and a large shower which made our stay more comfortable. The bonus was that the Tourist Police Office is on the ground floor of this building so we felt safe. This apartment is suitable for a 2-3 nights stay in Athens.

Cons: The sink in the bathroom was so small that it was useless. We had to brush our teeth and wash our faces at the kitchen sink. Also, the low quality of the 2 soap dispensers (sink and shower) in the bathroom are barely useable.

Pros: Comfortable and clean. Very central. The host let us store our luggage when we landed in the early morning from a long flight! Easy check in process.

Pros: Location of the place was just perfect. Wifi was available. Comunication was fast.

Cons: Some troubles in getting the keys at the beginning.

Incredible stay, amazing location.

Pros: Everything was incredible. We enjoyed our stay - definitely recommend this company and in future think to stay again in one of their apartments. The bed was comfortable to sleep, usually for me very hard bed everywhere I stay - but here was nice bed. It was quiet, not noisy at all. Nice huge TV, fan, iron, CONDITIONER helped a lot! Everything in apartments is made to create a comfortable stay, I didn’t have anything what I would like to add, only 2 small things to change. The location is a major +. We didn’t use buses at all!! Every historical place in just 10-20 min of walk! Incredible! The apartments are small, but for two people absolutely was comfortable everything - we were sad to leave. We had one problem with TV - an owner replied fast and some man came and fixed it. The WiFi is🔥, very fast.

Cons: We would like to have instead of tissues - toilet paper. Wasn’t comfortable to use. And would like to add shampoo, as here was none and we needed to buy one. And -1 point I took for check in process. We arrived at midnight, our flight was delayed a bit - some scary men were outside talking to us, we were scared. We couldn’t properly understand how to open a gate, didn’t know we must do it with our key. After that the gate couldn’t react to the button and couldn’t close for 5 min. Also we’ve spent 10 min to find our door as description was not clear for us. We were looking for white door, but it was brown. Doors have no numbers. We were checking with a key all doors, to find and open ours, and it made us probably look very suspicious. I would prefer video or photo check in advises, how some companies do it, not just written. We spent half an hour just to get inside of apartment, even I am renting not the first time apartments with self check in. But once you got there - stay is nice, location is good. As well you have no view from the window - it’s just a massive huge wall from the window. But maybe it’s a plus, as we had no noises from the street.

I loved my stay in Iris Suite. Next time when I return to Athens I will choose this place gladly.

Pros: I really liked the location. The room was very well equipped and clean with an amazingly comfortable bed. Many spots that is worth a visit in the city is within walking distance. Also there is a nice café under the apartment for a perfect start for your a day.

Estancia a repetir

Pros: La situación dentro de la ciudad, céntrico, cerca de todo, a las noches zona tranquila y segura. Limpieza, soy alérgico al polvo y humedad, hacía tiempo que no iba a un apartamento sin que me dieran estornudos.

Cons: Por decir algo a mejorar (pero sin importancia): se agradecería para cocinar algo: sal- aceite..

Konum harika gerisi teferruat

Pros: Konum harikaydı her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Yatak çok rahattı. Oda temizdi. Mutfakta ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayabilecek araçlar mevcuttu.

Cons: Banyonun lavabosu çok dardı diş fırçasını bile koyabileceğimiz alanı yoktu. Dışarda sürekli bir duvara vuran şişe sesi vardı camları kapalı tutmak zorunda kaldık. Yer konum olarak çok güzeldi ancak ilk geldiğimizde hiç tabela olmadığı için yeri bulmakta zorlandık.

Pros: Posizione comodissima per visitare Atene a piedi! Molto vicino alla stazione metro per chi arriva dall’aereoporto. Nelle strette vicinanze un parcheggio a pagamento e tante taverne tipiche.

Cons: Non c’è molto spazio di movimento attorno il letto, ma si vede dalla foto

Μια χαρά σε γενικές γραμμές!

Pros: Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολικό κρεβάτι, ευκολία στο check in και check out.

Cons: Δεν υπήρχε καμία ευελιξία στις ώρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης γιατί όλα κανονιζονταν με αυτοματοποιημενα μηνύματα. Στο μπάνιο η κουρτίνα δε στερεωνοταν καλά και έπεφτε, και το κουτί του σαπουνιού ήταν σπασμένο.

Klein maar zeer fijn appartement

Pros: Alles klopte, duidelijke uitleg voor check inn wat makkelijk was. Klein appartement maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Matras was top. Heerlijk geslapen. Zelfs een potje met koffie voor het filter apparaat was erbij.

Cons: De entree bij de liften beneden is enigszins rommelig en op onze etage werden 2 appartementen verbouwd wat om 07.30 uur begon met schuren etc. Voor ons geen probleem want dan konden we mooi op tijd opstaan om te genieten van alle pracht en praal in Athene.
