Big, modern spacious apartment a few stations from the center

Pros: Big, modern and equipped apartment at a good price quality ratio. A few stations away from center

Nicely located flat, in raised ground floor in Kallithea

Pros: Big, cozy and comfortable enough flat, near main amenities and about 10-15 minutes on foot from a subway station. A small balcony is available at the back side, accessible from the bedroom.

Cons: Thin walls :)

Nice and calm neighbourhood, very well connected by public transport. We had a really nice stay!

Pros: The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need!

Perfect host and very nice apartment

Pros: Simply a perfect host, who communicated smoothly with me in advance, waited for us on site, told us everything we needed to know, and showed us around. Nicely and tastefully furnished, well located, sparkling clean, spacious apartment with two bedrooms (one of which opens onto a small balcony) and a living room, TV with streaming channels, and great WiFi. I also found a free parking space on the next street, of course it's partly a matter of luck how close you manage to park your car. Our host also provided us with some candy and two bottles of chilled water, which was really nice after the long drive.

Cons: The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we rented the apartment for six people, but the sofa bed in the living room, even when open, cannot be more than one meter wide, which is difficult for two people to spend a night on. So three people were forced to share the double bed in one of the bedrooms.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. Would recommend!

Pros: Host was fantastic - offered some local places in the area to go which helped us settle in. All rooms had A/C which was fantastic in Athens summer heat! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the area was quiet. Perfect stay for 25min walk to Stavros Niarchos Park and Cultural Centre.

Pros: The apartment is located in the middle of the beaches and monastraki.You have everything you need nearby.Food,shops. Metro,train and bus is walking distance. The apartment have everything you need.Very cosy and relaxed. The owner is willing to help your every need and he is very polite. A must stay place.

Μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Pros: Τα πάντα ήταν άψογα! Το διαμέρισμα ΑΡΙΣΤΑ φροντισμένο, καθαρό, φωτεινό! Διαθέτει τα πάντα για μια όμορφη και άνετη διαμονή. Και σε σημείο που είχε τα πάντα κοντά. Εννοείται πως θα το ξαναεπιλέξω για επόμενη διαμονή!!

Cons: Το μόνο μείον είναι το ότι υπάρχει μια σχετική δυακολία να βρεις πάρκινγκ, αλλά έτσι είναι η Καλλιθέα γενικότερα.

Pros: Tágas lakás, nappali +2 szobával. Jól felszerelt konyhával. (A kávé bekészítésért hálásak vagyunk 🙏 ) Minden olyan volt, mint a képeken. Közel a buszmegállóhoz. Nekünk tökéletes volt!

Cons: Bár a tulajdonos nem tehet róla, de a szomszédból minden áthallatszódott. Szerencsére a másik szobában is meg volt ágyazva, így átköltöztünk.😊

Pros: L'emplacement à Kallithea est très pratique pour rejoindre soit le centre d'Athènes, soit le Pirée. Le métro est à 10-15 min à pieds. Le quartier est tranquille.

Cons: L'appartement n'est pas parfaitement insonorisé. Poêles et casseroles un peu vétustes.
