Amazing gem in the center of athens

Pros: The apartment was amazing in a super location. Really beautiful decoration of the apartment and the owner was super nice she responded and helped in everything that we needed.

Cons: The only down side was that you needed to press a button and wait approximately 30 minutes to have hot water in the shower.

Cozy room with a jazz vibe :)

Pros: The place is very well located, close to tourist attractions and relatively close to the metro station. On top of that, it is very cozy, you can see that the owners put effort into arranging the room with class (at the entrance we were greeted by pleasant jazz music). The room is clean and neat (including the bathroom). The furnishings are new, on-site amenities (disposable flip-flops, toiletries for washing, sets of towels, coffee/tea) there were also wine glasses :). The bed spacious and comfortable, on the sofa bed you can also easily sleep. Air conditioning works fine. In the morning and at night it is relatively quiet, nothing disturbed our stay. Hassle-free check-in/check-out - we got all instructions on Booking and Phone immediately after booking. I think we'll be happy to book again when we plan another trip to Athens :) :)

Cons: The need to dispose of used toilet paper in a separate receptacle (instead of its normal flush in the toilet) - which entails disposing of it daily in a nearby dumpster (if one likes cleanliness and hygiene like we do). On the other hand, we realize that this is not the fault of the owners, but of the sewage system in Athens, in this type of building.

Pros: Don’t be discouraged by the industrial-style entrance — once inside, you’ll discover a true oasis in the heart of Athens. The apartment is recently renovated, beautifully styled, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located, making for an exceptional stay.

Pros: Excellent location,clean,quiet, and value for money.

Amazing

Pros: Had a beautiful and urban interior, with all facilities you could need. It was accessible, with a metro and bus stop near by and in a great area, with plenty restaurants, cafes, bars and shops to choose from - very central! The host was extremely accommodating with all the help and advice we needed. Thank you so much!

Perfect location!

Pros: Perfect location, couldn’t fault how close we were to everything. A short walk down the street to the nearest tube station, which made it perfect for travel from the airport. The host was brilliant from the minute we booked (very last minute!). Constant updates on how to access the appts and answered my questions promptly. Thank you! The apartment is lovely - very modern, ideal for a family of 3.

Pros: Location very close to Monastiraki Square and the Historical Centre. Many shops for everyday needs. Metro station 200m. from the apartment.
