Pros: Perfectly equipped apartment in a calm and safe neighborhood. Well connected. The owners are amazing communicators and very disponible to answer any questions you can think of. Will not hesitate to book again when back to Athens! Thank you!

A very relaxing stay in a lovely environment. Thank you.
Pros: Really enjoyed staying in this apartment, located on a peaceful street with a wonderfully relaxing balcony, a comfortable bed, and a cozy couch with smart TV. George was always available and incredibly helpful, offering excellent tips about the local markets. The safe and enjoyable Kalamaki paid beach is just a 15-minute walk away—you have to book sunbeds the day before.
Cons: It would be good to add a few more kitchen utensils but all was really lovely overall.

Perfect vacation in the perfect accommodation
Pros: Apartment is in the quite area, not far from the most beautiful beach at Athen's coast, Kalamaki, even more beautiful than Glyfada beaches. Apartment is very comfortable, supplied with all we needed. Our host George is unbelievably welcoming and advised us with all possible information that made our vacation unforgettable. Apartment is very cosy and extra clean, with beautiful terrace, we truly enjoyed it 😍

Very nice, bright and cosy apartment.
Pros: Very nice, bright and cosy apartment with a clean and pretty bathroom. Huge balcony around the whole flat. The apartment equipped with all necessary things like stuff for beach, towels, coffee machine and other kitchen equipment, etc. - nothing was missing. The apartment is perfect for family with children and for everyone. Located close to the nice beach (15 min. walking), shops, bakery, restaurants, tram and bus stop. The neighborhood is safe and perfect to stay for vacation. Wonderful and amazing owners, very helpful and hospitable people. They keep in touch whenever the help and advice is needed but never disturb. We have spent great time there!

Pros: Loved it! The apartment has beautiful decoration, it's brand new and its size is ideal for more people. The place was spotless and super comfortable, fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen for cooking. The vintage (mosaic) floor was an extra-touch. Loved the hand-made decorations on the bedroom wall (made by George’s mum). The service and hospitality of owners was great! Happy to help whenever needed. Easy instructions for check-in provided. The neighborhood was quite, therefore relaxing on the balcony was very convenient as the weather was very nice in February (22 Celsius degrees). Enjoyed walking as streets of Alimos have lot of trees. Plus, it's conveniently close to everything - within walking distance to supermarkets, trams, and the sea. The center of Athens is very close (with metro or taxi)! Definitely recommend it!! Will be back again when visiting Athens.

Lovely, specious and modern flat.
Pros: Lovely, specious and modern flat with all you need including shower gels, shampoo, beach towels and blankets, oil, sugar, salt, coffee and tea. Aircon is in the living room and fan in a bedroom. As well as, two balconies: one to chill and second to hang wet clothes. Communication was great and host made great effort for us! Location is 10-15 minutes from the beach with some hills on the way. All the shops, bakeries, restaurants etc. are within 5-15 minutes walk. Also, bus and tram’s stops are 15 minutes away and in 30 minutes takes you to the centre of Athens. Amazing stay! Looking forward to coming back. Would highly recommend.
Cons: Could include the washing machine. When we asked for the iron, we promptly received the steamer but iron and ironing board would be helpful in the flat.

Everything's great.
Pros: The apartment fully corresponds to the description. There is everything you need, very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to stores, cafes, beaches. When there were questions, the owner quickly answered and helped. We had a good vacation, definitely recommend!
