Petraki Residence 1bdr Apt with balcony 1 min from Ermou str

Pros: Top location, few minutes walking from all attractions. Very quiet apartment although it’s located in the heart of Athens town

Pros: Brilliant location, perfectly appointed apartment and very comfortable

Cons: The hosts were not as responsive on initial messaging as I have become accustomed to but when they did send details they were very comprehensive and responded quickly. I think an initial automated message would stop any ill ease on not receiving any details until closer to the stay

Location Location

Pros: The main description for this accommodation is location, extremely well located, tons of restaurants bars and cafes nearby, we walked from here to all the main attractions in Athens quite easily. The building is secured with 2 lifts. Good size kitchen with the basics, soft bed ( if you like those) we slept ok and we usually prefer more firm mattress, small smart TV was very good because you can connect to your stream services. You also have a washer machine that has air-dry capabilities ( handy when on a trip) and a mini market just like 20 mts away. Major shopping area ( Ermou st) just behind the building

Cons: The only thing we found awkward is the flooring had a cracking noise ( very strange) and we felt the floor down from us could hear us and when you got up at night to bathroom etc you can wake up the other person (s)

Pros: Great location, fantastic host, incredibly helpful with recommendations.

Pros: Vicky was super helpful. Location excellent and apartment quiet. Hanoi restaurant next door, great meals and Tom Tailor coffees good.

Cons: Too many tourists in Athens... Like us...

Pros: Very cosy & conveniently located apartment, ideal for a couple.

Cons: A bit dark, as the windows overlook a narrow courtyard between the houses. It didn't bother us though, as we spent whole days sightseeing.

Pros: Its a great location we loved the treats. Apt was a great size and appreciated the extra pillowcases,blankets and nice to control the ac. Thank you.

Cons: We are from Canada so still not used to your toilets. There was an odor in the bathroom. You need better ventilation
