Cosy studio near Lycabettus hill and Exharcheia neighborhood

Pros: Loved the big terrace with amazing views, perfect for summertime. The studio was nicely decorated and it looked quite new.

Cons: The apartment is quite small as you can see in the pictures, but enough for a couple and you have the terrace for extra room!

A diamond in the heart of the city! Most amazing views of Athens!

Pros: A lovely property with breath taking views over the city! A small diamond! The property is lovely and has everything one might need. it’s on the smaller side for two people but the outdoor space more than makes up for it!!

Ακριβώς αυτό που χρειάστηκα!!

Pros: Θέλαμε ένα δωμάτιο για ένα βράδυ κοντά στον Λυκαβηττό. Ήταν φανταστική τοποθεσία μόλις 8 λεπτά από το θέατρο Λυκαβηττού και πολύ απλή διαδικασία για να πάρουμε το κλειδί. Οι κάτοχοι του διαμερίσματος μας έστειλαν mail με όλες τις λεπτομέρειες που χρειάστηκαν!!Αν και μικρό διαμέρισμα είναι εξαιρετικό με πάρα πολύ ωραίο μπαλκόνι και τέλεια θέα!!Για την τιμη του είναι υπέροχο και αν θέλετε κάτι για κοντά στο θέατρο Λυκαβηττού. Το βασικότερο πολύ καθαρό με ζεστό νερό,πετσέτες και κλιματισμό!!

Super Apartment für einen Städtetrip

Pros: Super Lage und für eine Person war die Größe des Apartments vollkommen ausreichend. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und an Ausstattung hat es auch nicht gefehlt. Ein Highlight war für mich die Terasse mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt.

Pros: Очень милые апартаменты. Душевная хозяйка. Идеальная чистота. Есть все необходимое. Надо учитывать только что размеры помещения очень маленькие. Что компенсируется большой шикарной террасой.

Cons: Можно было бы меньше шкафчиков о которые я несколько раз билась головой 😆

Es war perfekt für mich als Alleinreisende, die gut zu Fuß und ohne viel Gepäck unterwegs war

Pros: Gemütlich, minimalistisch, stilvoll und liebevoll, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation, Aussicht, Terrasse, oberhalb der Stadt, ruhige Lage, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, Bett und Decke

Cons: Verbessern würde ich: Einige Wandhaken z.B. zum Aufhängen, 2 Haken im Bad sind zu wenig
