This is a wonderful, classic bourgeois family apartment, furnished with care and rented with trust.

Pros: We were delayed by a late arriving train and a confused taxi driver, so arrived later than expected. Mary met us with the keys and showed us around this stunning apartment. We greatly appreciated her friendly approach, as well as the concern showed by the owner, Eleftheria, who was in touch via WhatsApp.

Fabulous apartment.

Pros: Ideal location. The apartment is gorgeous - beautifully furnished and equipped. Appreciated the trust of the owners to leave many personal objects around so that there is a real sense of style and comfort. Although we didn’t as only there for one night, it would be easy to prepare supper here as the basic requirements are available such as salt, oil etc - a bonus and one too many apartments do not have. We would definitely come here again.

Cons: We should have stayed for longer! Nothing not to like - although the air con in one bedroom was not working well but there was a fan so a blip not a problem.

Pros: A most enjoyable stay in a non-touristy area of Athens but with very easy access to everything we wanted to do. The host met us at the apartment to show us around and she provided excellent local information to help us enjoy our stay. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped; it’s a great place to relax after a long hot day.

Pros: Absolutely perfect apartment, size, decoration, equipment all was highly qualitative. We enjoyed every minute that we spent there. The neighborhood is lively but the apartment is very quiet.

Pros: The photos don’t lie. The Magnolia is indeed sophisticated - a superior blend of classic and contemporary decor without being stuffy. It’s extremely comfortable. Had the weather been warmer, we would have enjoyed the verdant balcony too. The property is on a quiet side street close to transport options and a stroll to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Just. 30 min walk up to Syntagma Square and 10 mins to the archeological museum.

Cons: All appliances are good quality, and while we didn’t really cook, the kitchen is well equipped - though the oven door needs repair. A toaster would have been useful at breakfast time and perhaps a note on operating the Miele dishwasher with its dials in German.

Pros: The property was situated very close to Victoria station and hence, easily accessible to all the attractions. The property was very well maintained and stocked up with all necessary supplies. The homely ambience and decor made us feel at home and made our stay more enjoyable.
