Pros: First of all the Host was excellent. Right from check in to check out. The messages were prompt. The place was really nice and had a super large terrace to hang out. All amenities were provided as advertised. I had absolutely no problem with my stay. The location was super close (3 mins walk) to nearest Metro, Tour Bus Stops and Convenience stores. All in all highly recommended and will definitely book again when visiting Athens

Pros: The apartment is good, spacieuse for 3 people and the terrace is big, also the area has multiple small shops for every day items over all I would recommend
Cons: The area at nighttime is that good for walking, be aweare of junkies, but overall it's safe

Perfect accomm for short/long stay
Pros: Very spacious and bright, fantastic mattress, huuuuuge balcony and well renovated! Central location (just 200m from tube and close to amenities). Also staff were extremely responsive and assisted with several questions.
Cons: Nothing really, everything was perfect! Location seemed a bit weird at first but actually it's pretty safe with numerous hotels & rental flats around.

It is worth it to stay in this apartment.
Pros: In general it was very good. Some improvement suggestions 1. Some TV Channels had a very weak signal. 2. When there is sunshine the kitchen gets very hot due to lack of a curtain or blinds.

Pros: The actual flat is fantastic, has everything you need
Cons: The location, the block the actual flat in is awful, we was told on 3 occasions by locals and taxi drivers that it is a refugee area and to be very careful at night time. Not the owners fault however was a strange smell of urine in the block its self.

Pros: I liked the Flat , it was really nice and even big for us. It was clean 👌 we liked all the details and everything was there from toilet paper to everything needed. Such a big Balkon, i would say it even can be rented for four persons .
Cons: The check-in time , 15 O'clock was for us too late, we arrived early and wantedd to check-in earlier which was not possible. If i have to checkout by 11 i actually expect to be able to check in by 11 too. The location was not bad except you have to choose wisely which streets to take to arrive and that's because in some areas near of the flat i was really unsecured and felt scared, there were so many junkies.

Pros: Good location, nice view, good facilities, has air conditioning, shade, the kitchen is well equiped, big rooms, huge terrace, good online interaction with the host.
Cons: The bathroom is a little small, but has modern appliances. The kitchen needs a juice extractor.

Summer stay in Athens
Pros: Good location, close to a metro station. Close to supermarkets and places to eat. Air conditoned, pleasant in the hot sumer days in Athens, quiet neighbourhood. Guide with places to visit and places to eat provided by the host, such as clear and detailed information about the utilities, check in and out, etc, which was really helpful
