Pros: המיקום של הדירה מושלם, ממש במרכז הכל ממש מתחת לדירה, גם לאקרופוליס מרחק הליכה קצרה ברגל.

Cons: מטבח ושירותים ישנים אבל למי שלא מתכנן להישאר בדירה במהלך השהות מלבד לישון זה מעולה.
