Pros: Everything was amazing. A lot of space and very clean. Great communication. They gave us the opportunity to make an early check in.

Cons: The elevator was out of order, 3 floors. Not so easy with luggages but if you are in overage shape is fine. It will be hard for old people. It's a building problem and not an owner problem. The owner is great 👍

Central location spacious clean apartment with friendly staff. Definitely will recommend to stay here when visit Athens.

Pros: Newly decorated spacious apartment, very central location and walking distance to those main tourists attractions. Communications from staff team are very clear and make check-in and out process very smoothly. Staff are very friendly and always prompt responding our questions.

Pros: This is a beautiful property recently refurbished in a very fresh modern Greek style. It is well appointed with a lovely kitchen, dining/living room. The master bedroom with great storage / wardrobe and a wonderful luxurious en-suite was brilliant. The 2nd double bed, in an alcove off the living room is also great as is the small but beautiful 2nd bathroom. All the appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine are new, as is the air conditioning. The attention to style and detail was great. We loved staying here as a family of three.

Cons: Lift was out of order, but apartment owners did offer to assist with luggage if we needed)we did not). There are no other negatives and that is really not a big one.

Pros: Τέλεια τοποθεσία! Ωραίο και προσεγμένο στο σπίτι. Πολύ καθαρό!

Cons: Δεν λειτουργούσε το ασανσέρ, το οποίο το πληροφορηθήκαμε μετά την κράτηση. Πήγαμε τον Μάρτιο και είχε στολισμένο χριστουγεννιάτικο δέντρο μέσα στο σπίτι.

Pros: Çok temiz, konforlu ve harika bir konumda. Yürüyerek her yere kısa sürede ulasabilirsiniz. Eşyalar yeni ve rahat. Erken check in konusunda da yardımcı oldular.

Cons: Asansör çalışmıyor. Bizim için sorun değildi ama 3.kata valizlerle çıkmak ya da inmek zor olabilir.

Pros: Ev oldukça güzel yenilenmiş, eşyalar ve yataklar yeni ve güzel. 2 Banyo olması çok iyi. Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde. Çok güzel bir kahvaltı için 72H Artisanal Bakery binanın hemen yakınında.

Cons: Bizim şanssızlığımız asansör arızalıydı ve binanın ana girişi biraz eskiydi.

Cons: Peccato che non funzionava l'ascensore essendo al terzo piano ma eravamo stati avvisati,per noi non e stato un problema ma per altre persone potrebbe esserlo .

Our stay exceeded expectations - everything was clean, modern, comfortable, and a great location.

Pros: The location of the property was within 5 minutes walk from great restaurants for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. The Ergon Bakery and Deli were right around the corner and they were amazing. The property was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Nespresso machine was very convenient, as was the dishwasher, washing machine, and stovetop. All the provided dishes, cups, and pots & pans were in great shape. The beds were very comfortable. The host(s) were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The internet wifi was plenty fast for three people who were all online when at the property.

Cons: The elevator was broken so we had to climb 55 steps each time we needed to enter the property from outside. This wasn't a big deal for someone in shape, but it could be exhausting for anyone out of shape with heavy backpacks or bags. A toaster would have been really nice since such a great bakery is around the corner and their bread was fantastic. We managed to toast our bread using a pan and the stove top, which did a good job if not a bit slow. The double bed off the living room has no privacy screen or divider, so if you require privacy from others in your party then there is only the bathroom down the hall for changing. There was a requirement in the house rules to turn on the circuit breaker for the hot water heater 30 minutes before showering, then turn it off right before showering. That was a bit unusual and required some planning for showering, but if we followed those rules we never had any problem with enough hot water for showers. There always seemed to be plenty of hot water at the kitchen sink.

Amazing apartment, amazing location, excellent for large groups

Pros: Great apartment, very spacious and clean ideal for a family! Location is amazing and the management team very helpful!
