Group & family penthouse 300m from Agios Ioannis subway

Pros: The location was OK. The metro station Agios Ioannis is very close and it is easy to go further from it. The district is full of markets, shops, bakeries, express restaurants and cafeterias. I wholeheartedly recommend \

Cons: The elevator and the bathroom are very narrow, but that's how it is everywhere, as I've heard from other people. Although, that is not a problem. The handle on the front door stayed in my hand several times from the outside, which can be a problem for armored doors. We could not find any larger sharp knife which made food preparation difficult. Above the apartment is probably the central drain for aspirators, so the intense smell of cooking and stewing was felt non-stop. I also had to improvise on my own in the gutter and place a sponge because the water hit so hard when it rained that it was impossible to sleep in the next room.

Pros: The location is indeed just great, it takes appr 7 mins to the metro station, and there is coffee shop and supermarket nearby. Beautiful terrace with picturesque view, in the evening it was really beautiful!

Cons: There were 6 of us and we hardly found the place to sleep for one of us, but we managed eventually; there is a lot of space anyway.

My stay at penthouse in athens

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Situated perfectly for local transport around Athens. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: distance from the city center, location close to the center and main attractions, very good connection by public transport (tram, bus, metro), very helpful and professional staff, comfortable beds, clean and pleasant place. Incredible view over the city. I highly recommend!

Pros: Amazing location, fully stocked kitchen in terms of appliances and very spacious. Balcony is great, very nice size.

Cons: We couldn't figure out the hot water for the shower, maybe it worked or maybe it was broken. There was also laundry in the washing machine.

Nice and comfortable stay. Near to everything (Bus/metro/shop), 15-20 min to city center. Nice Host!

Pros: The Apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Our kids had good time spending time in the large L-shape balcony which had nice city/hill views. Very much walking distance by bus stop (5 min) and near by metro station (8-10 min). The host was very helpful and was very responsive to all our queries. Thank you! The lady who has handed over the keys was also so nice and patiently explaining the things though we didn't speak the same language.

Cons: Small bathroom. Didn't find Acropolis views.

Pros: Quiet area near metro station. Apartment with a large terrace. Street parking - if you're lucky.

Cons: It can be better in terms of cleanliness. The stuff inside is a bit old.

Pros: Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο,με πανέμορφη θέα κ μεγάλο μπαλκόνι στον 5ο,πολυ κοντά στο μετρό του Αγίου Ιωάννη κ στο τραμ καθώς και σε κοντινή απόσταση από το μετρό της Δάφνης κ τα λεωφορεία.,Υπαρχουν τριγύρω σουπερμάρκετ,φούρνος minimarket κ ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει για ότι χρειάστηκε θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!

Pros: L'appartamento era pulito e dotato di ogni comfort (forse qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più non guasterebbe...) L'host è stato disponibilissimo verso qualsiasi richiesta sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Assolutamente da consigliare!
