Konstantinou Apartment - smart & roof top terrace

Nuce appartment with little surprises

Pros: Comfortable appartment in 8 minutes walk from the metro station in a nice district. The terrace overlooking some parts of Athens is a great benefit. It was very clean and everything was new.

Cons: The rules are very strickt and a little bit scaring. It was said you need to make cleaning otherwise receive a penalty. The big cockroach on the terrace comes out at night and walks freely.

Pros: Great host always contactable. Great location and super modern. The private terrace was exceptional.

It was my favourite and most pleasant booking stay overall indeed! Really recommend!

Pros: Everything was perfect! So great value of every penny! Fully-equipped (even had a washing machine, necessary tools etc), so you will have everything what you will ever need. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet (also, it was the only apartment on 6th floor in that house). Really comfortable and sweet apartment with large bed, huge and lovely rooftop and so on. Also i have not met so helpful, friendly and accommodating host before! When i will come back to Athens i will definitely stay there another time! I enjoyed my stay and all was wonderful and amazing! Thank you so much!! :)

Pros: We Had a wonderful time thanks to our guest. He was really kind and very careful at our arrival. The flat is perfectly located near the downtown and located in a paceful area. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Inside we had All the equipments needed to spend a great moment. Romun is also available to provide his guests good advice and great locations.

Pros: Ήταν όλα υπέροχα ησυχα και καθαρά ότι χρειζομασταν υπήρχε μεσα στο σπίτι! Μπράβο σας θα σας ξανά προτιμήσουμε!

Pros: Appartement cosy et propre, draps, serviettes et produits d'hygiène à disposition. Hôte disponible, à l'écoute et réactif ! Emplacement idéal pour visiter Athènes, une station de métro est à quelques marches à pied. Tout était super ! c'était un plaisir d'y être !

Pros: Ο χώρος είναι να ησυχο δώμα στην ταράτσα της πολυκατοικίας. Προσφέρει ιδιωτικοτητα, δεν είναι πρόβλημα (για μας ) τα λίγα σκαλιά από το ασανσέρ ως το δωμάτιο. Είναι φωτεινό, με πρόσβαση σε ανετο , ομορφο μπαλκόνι με θέα. Το κρεβάτι είναι super! Είναι εξοπλισμένο με τα βασικά που .μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος, υπάρχει και πλυντήριο, κουζίνα, κλπ

Cons: Το θέμα της καθαριότητας ήταν ένα πρόβλημα. Ενώ γενικά έλαμπε, στο τραπεζακι της βεράντας υπήρχε ένα σβησμένο τσιγάρο στο τασάκι. Δεν καπνιζουμε και μας έκανε κακή εντύπωση. Υπήρχε και μια λεκάνη γεμάτη βρώμικα νερο της βροχης . Θα μπορούσε κάποιος να την βάλει όρθια για να μην γεμίζει στάσιμο νερό. Επίσης υπήρχε μια σπλωστρα με ρουχα , πετσετες. Δεν κατάλαβα γιατί δεν τις είχαν μαζεψει , ήταν στεγνές όταν φτάσαμε, και δεν ήξερα αν έπρεπε να τις μαζεψουμε εμεις. Επισης τα σκεπασματα δεν ήταν σιδερωμενα και υπήρχαν μικρολεκεδες, θα έβαζα 8 στα 10. Αν επιληφθουν τα παραπάνω θέματα, κατά τα άλλα πρόκειται να έχει κάποιος πολύ ωραία διαμονη!

Pros: Deuxième fois que nous sollicitons cet hôte. L’appartement correspond parfaitement à nos attentes et sa proximité au centre ville est vraiment super. Le rooftop reste le plus agréable de ce que le logement propose

Pros: Ήταν όλα μια χαρά και το δωμάτιο σχετικά καθαρό ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ καλός θα ξανά πάω σίγουρα...
