Perfect location to explore Athens without being in the centre

Pros: Great location, only a couple of minutes from the metro line to Athens and the Piraeus. The property was very clean throughout and it was super handy to have towels provided. The bed was really really comfortable and we slept amazingly well! The front gate and gate to the house are always locked making us feel very safe. The neighbourhood was very pleasant and quiet (the trains run quite late but it didn’t bother us). Access to shops, bakeries and supermarkets was very convenient as just a few metres away. Communication with the owner was easy, fast and very pleasant.

Cons: The kitchen is very basic and the lack of oven and having only one cooking stove restricted what we could eat at home. The bathroom could do with a revamp (the shower head sprays everywhere) but it is perfectly functional otherwise.

Pros: We appreciate prompt support we received from the owner, apartment was good equipped and nicely decorated, very convenient transport to travel across Athens and to airport, there are many shops and restaurants in area.

Pros: Ενα εξαιρετικό σπίτι, με βάση την σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, απαντούσαν άμεσα σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα και τυχόν απορίες. Το WiFi ήταν γρήγορο και αξιόπιστο, η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για ένα γρήγορο γεύμα και έχει πόρτα για να βγεις στην αυλή και στο χώρο στάθμευσης.Το υπνοδωμάτιο παρόλο που ήταν κοντά στην είσοδο του σπιτιού ειχε καλή ηχομόνωση λόγω των κουφωμάτων καθώς και το κρεβάτι ήταν αρκετά άνετο. Το σπίτι είναι 100% ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται και ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Σημαντικό είναι η θέση στάθμευσης που βρίσκεται εντός του οικοπέδου,διότι η περιοχή είναι πυκνοκατοικημένη και είναι λίγο δύσκολο να βρεις θέση στάθμευσης.
