Pros: The owner gave great food recommendations and the apartment was very clean!

Cons: Needed an extra set of sheets/duvet set and a few extra towels.

Pros: Šeimininkai nuo pačios užsakymo pradžios iki paskutinės akimirkos buvo malonūs ir paslaugūs, labai greitai atsakydavo į laiškus, net kai jie buvo tikrai vėloku metu.. Butas buvo sutvarkytas, patogiai ir gan gražiai įrengtas. Patikdavo pailsėti ar pusryčiauti/vakarieniauti erdviame balkone. Taip pat mums labai tiko vieta, lyg ir ne pačiam centre, tačiau šalia miesto centro, buvo gan patogu pasiekti norimus rajonus, o ir ramiau palyginus su kitais rajonais centre.

Pros: La ubicación muy buena, ya que el barrio es residencial y no hay mucho ruido. Además, las instalaciones del piso son increíbles y muy moderno todo, la verdad que nos quedamos fascinados con los bonito que era. Cuenta con 2 baños, que para nosotros como grupo fue genial. Y cada habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado. Y los propietarios súper atentos a todo, dándonos facilidades en todo momento.

Cons: La única pega es que los desagües de las duchas no iban bien y se acumulaba agua y rebosaba.

Pros: La casa è spaziosa e gli ambienti sono ben suddivisi. Le apparecchiature sono moderne e ben funzionanti. C'è un condizionatore in ogni stanza. Tra i servizi disponibili all'interno dell'alloggio c'era anche un ferro da stiro, asse e lavatrice. Decisamente utili. L'alloggio ha anche un ampio balcone e la fermata della metro più prossima è a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Non lontano ci sono anche diversi bar e alimentari.

Cons: Durante l'uso, l'acqua rimane in stallo nella doccia e nei lavandini, che non riescono farla scendere in tempo. I condizionatori perdono condensa sul balcone senza nulla che la contenga. Non si può gettare la carta igienica nel wc, cosa molto comune ad Atene e in Grecia, ma comunque viene dato un dotazione solo un sacchetto della spazzatura per toilet, che ovviamente non è sufficiente. L'orario di check out è discretamente presto la mattina rispetto ad altre strutture nei dintorni. Non c'è reception e viene dato in dotazione solo un mazzo di chiavi collegato alla scheda per avviare l'elettricità in casa.

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna dzielnica. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, po remoncie. Bardzo słaby odpływ wody w obu łazienkach.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Pros: Sehr modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Sehr gut, dass es über zwei Bäder verfügt. Küche war funktional ausgestattet. Jeder Raum hat seine Klimaanlage. Wir haben uns auch in der Gegend sehr sicher gefühlt. Als Top Restaurant können wir Mandragoras in der Nähe empfehlen und in Richtung der Bahnstation kann man immer gut einen leckeren Kaffee bei den Jungs von Long Talk coffee trinken. Schnelle Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum in drei Stationen

Cons: Leider kommt es beim Duschen in dem einen Bad immer zur Überschwemmung, da die Kante, die das Wasser zurück halten soll nicht hoch genug ist. Das Wasser fließt nur langsam ab. Hier sollte zeitlich eine andere Lösung gefunden werden. Zudem war in dem einen Schlafzimmer die Rollade defekt. Ein Teil des Fensters wurde durch die Rolllade verdunkelt, der obere Teil des Fensters war frei.

Pros: Πάρα πολύ άνετο, ευρύχωρο, σύγχρονο, καθαρό, εντυπωσιακό διαμέρισμα! Οι οικοδεσπότες συνεπείς και επαγγελματίες.
