Funzionale, nel centro di Atene

Pros: La vicinanza al centro convegni che ha ospitato la conferenza scientifica a cui ho partecipato. Inoltre é in un quartiere molto tranquillo e non mi sono mai sentita in pericolo, anche rientrando di notte, essendo una turista sola.

Σε βολική τοποθεσία, ανακαινισμένο, άνετο. Θα ξαναμέναμε!

Pros: Η τοποθεσία, 5΄ με τα πόδια από την στάση του μετρό Μέγαρο Μουσικής και περίπου άλλο τόσο από τον Ευαγγελισμό, 25΄ με τα πόδια από την Πλατεία Συντάγματος. Σχετικά ήσυχο διαμέρισμα για τα δεδομένα του κέντρου της Αθήνας. Μείναμε στο 7, στον 4ο όροφο. Είχε δύο μπαλκόνια με όμορφη θέα (από τη μία πλευρά ο Λυκαβητός). Ανακαινισμένο, με επαρκή χώρο για τις αποσκευές, με πολύ άνετο στρώμα (φαινόταν καινούριο), κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με σκεύη, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, καφετιέρα Nespresso με κάψουλες και ζάχαρη, νερό στο ψυγείο, πλυντήριο ρούχων με μία δόση απορρυπαντικού, σίδερο, σεσουάρ, μπάνιο μαρμάρινο, με ευρύχωρη ντουζιέρα, επαρκές χαρτί υγείας, πετσέτες και για τα χέρια, δεύτερο σετ πετσέτες στη ντουλάπα. Δωρεάν wifi. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη η έκπτωση 10% σε δύο εστιατόρια (πολύ καλά παρεμπιπτόντως). Ο ιδιοκτήτης απάντησε άμεσα σε όλα τα μηνύματα/κλήσεις μας.

Cons: Χρειάζεται λίγη αναμονή για να θερμανθεί το νερό (θερμοσίφωνας). Μία τρίχα στο ένα μαξιλάρι, ίσως τυχαίο, γιατί όλα τα υπόλοιπα φαίνονταν πραγματικά καθαρά. Το πρωί ακουγόταν κάποιος θόρυβος από εργασίες σε παρακείμενο κτίριο (πρώην Χίλτον), αλλά όχι κάτι υπερβολικό. Εκτός από τις κάψουλες καφέ, ωραίο θα ήταν να υπήρχαν και 1-2 φακελάκια με τσάι.

Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε και στο μέλλον.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία εξειρετική δίπλα σε Μετρό, αστικό λεωφορείο. Επίσης και με τα πόδια θα μπορούσες να κάνεις μία βόλτα, μιας και ήταν κοντά το Κολωνάκι και άλλα μέρη που μπορούσες να δεις.

Cons: Λίγη φασαρία από κάτω λόγω των μαγαζιών που υπάρχουν. Δεν μας απασχόλησε ιδιαίτερα.
