Pros: Nikos is a real nice helpful guest answering any question very quickly and giving advices depending on what you need. The location is also great so you can discover and visit Athens by foot without wasting time in transport (if you like to walk). Highly recommended, thanks again Nikos especially for the juice for breakfast :)

Cons: Few more chairs + a microwave are the only 2 things missing from my point of view but Nikos already planned to add chairs. Microwave would be a plus but not mandatory.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, really comfortable beds and aircon. We’re very grateful for the breakfast supplies- the honey was gorgeous. Nikos was an excellent host and very responsive. Strongly recommend

Pros: The host was very thoughtful, giving us great tips and always being available to support us in our stay as needed. Nikos also allowed us to check-in several hours earlier, which was fantastic because we had an overnight flight and were exhausted upon our arrival. The apartment is cozy and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including air conditioner.

Cons: Nothing special to note, we loved everything about our stay.

Pros: Basic and practical stuff to prepare breakfast. Cold tap water was good. Has a good local bar and a pizza restaurant just 1 minute walking time far away. Good place, budget friendly.

Pros: Everything was great from location to facilities to the host!

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Just to be aware that breakfast items are provided but guests need to prepare it.

Pros: The space is very well designed and it’s practical for a holiday stay. The location is very convenient, it’s close to the center and Acropolis and has two metro stations close by. Nikos, the host, was very friendly, suggested a couple nice places to go, gave us advice and solved any problem that arose very quickly. I’d certainly recommend this for a comfy vacation.
