Perfect cleanliness, close to the sea, beach and promenade, attentive staff, everything you need.

Pros: I'll start with the check-in. We were greeted with fruit and chilled drinks, there were capsules for the coffee machine in the kitchen, it was a nice little thing. The apartments were perfectly clean. Everything was thought out for a comfortable stay and rest. There are cosmetics, toothbrushes, a washing machine and products for it, an iron, a hairdryer. Everything that was needed. The staff was always in touch and helped with our questions. The location is great. This is a semi-basement room with its own courtyard, where it was always cool and comfortable in hot weather. The beach and promenade are a 3-5 minute walk away. A quiet street, away from the main road. We were very satisfied with our stay! We would be happy to come back again!

1-week holiday

Pros: The property is on the ground floor which is very good since it gives more privacy, less noise and less heat from the outside. As well, there is a small outdoor area, very enjoyable. The owner was very responsive to any requests for assistance.

To paint the walls!

Pros: The walls need painting because there are many marks on them from previous guests. To keep the apartment looking good, the walls should be repainted from time to time.

Pros: I have stayed in more than 10 apartments in the Palaio Faliro area but this apartment is the best and most perfect of the ones I have stayed in. They do not force you to use only air conditioning for heating, you can use the heaters, only those who stay in the winter season can understand what this means. The house is clean, the kitchen and bathroom facilities are great. They were very helpful with early check-in. The location is great. If the apartment is available, don't think twice, book now.

Pros: 非常漂亮的房子，干净舒适，宽敞的厨房和卧室。民宿的工作人员都很乐于帮助别人，我提前到达，也提前入住了。周边地区很安全，步行两分钟就是海滩，适合看落日；打车和公交都很方便，只是找停车位比较辛苦。

Veliko DA, bez razmisljanja!

Pros: Apartman se nalazi na jako lepoj i mirnoj lokaciji, nedaleko od mora. Blizu su dve tramvajske linije, kao i autobuska stanica. Takodje, metro linija se nalazi na par stanica od apartmana. Domacin je izuzentno ljubazan, izlazi u susret i spreman je da pomogne. Sto se samog apartmana tice, sve je kao na slikama. Cisto je i uredno. Kuhinja je opremljena svim neophodnim elementima za kuvanje. Kupatilo je moderno, cisto, sa masinom za pranje vesa. Grejanje u toku zimskih mesevi funkcionise i vise nego odlicno! Prodavnice su blizu, kao i kafici, pekara.. I vise nego zadovoljni, svaka preporuka!
