Zeus by Heloni Apartments

Perfect.

Pros: The staff that manage this apartment are literally across the road, so they are always on hand to help. The staff are regularly on WhatsApp, basically any queries or concerns are addressed immediately. The staff are generally friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They are always happy to give you general advice about Athens e.g. how to navigate public transport etc. There is a safe luggage leave option if you arrive before check in. Apartment is very clean. Facilities very modern. Aircon works well. The apartment is on a very busy noisy road, but you can't hear it from the apartment at all. The apartment is well equipped and complimentary amenities are great e.g. fridge with some snacks and milk, coffee pods, body wash, shampoo etc. Has a small elevator/lift which is good if you have heavy luggage.

Cons: The elevator/lift is very small. This didn't bother us at all, but if you have mobility/accessibility issues could be a problem. Little bit of an issue with ventilation in the bathroom meaning shower steams up the room a lot. **this is a minor issue didn't really bother us. You can't really see the Acropolis. Good base for exploring Athens

Pros: Really good location - great to be able to walk everywhere from the apartment. Great communication at every step from the owners.

Cons: Not enough glasses for all 7 of us so some of us had to drink from mugs. Bit tiring to walk up several flights of steps after a long day out - though there is a lift which can take 2 people.

We loved the apartment and the close distance to everything

Pros: Close proximity to the acropolis and Plaka Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean , comfortable beds.

Cons: Just some minor issues with the electricity which was resolved straight away.

A home away from home.

Pros: We absolutely loved this place. It was a perfect size for our family of 3 older teenagers. The beds were super comfortable and it was so nice upon arrival from the airport to make home-made grilled ham and cheese sandwiches while we shook off the jet lag and got settled in. We were able to do laundry which was so nice in this heat we changed our clothes more often. A sock/underwear hanger would be a great addition but we made do. The staff at this place are exceptional. Thank you everyone for the constant communication and personally checking us in, giving a tour and answering all our questions.

Pros: First and foremost, the staff at Heloni Apartments are very pleasant to talk with. They reply to inquiries and keep in touch throughout your stay should you have any questions. Our host was great, he took us into the apartment and gave us a tour. The location was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was a small 5 min walk to the Acropolis Museum and the slopes of the Acropolis leading up to the Parthenon. It was also a small walk away from various other historical sites (including Ancient Agora, Hadrian's Arch, Prison of Socrates and more) as well as various parks and shopping squares. Additionally, it is a quick 5-7 min taxi ride to the beach/sea front. The apartment was extremely tidy and very spacious, the beds and towels were nice and clean. Filtered water was available for consumption, and everything that you could need was provided for. It is absolutely perfect for families and friends.

Cons: The only little issue that my family had was using the hot water, our host explained how to turn the boiler on but we had a little trouble with it despite the explanation provided. The apartment is on the fourth floor and the elevator is a bit bothersome as only two individuals are allowed to ride it at a time. But both are minor issues as the overall stay was extremely pleasant.

Pros: Great location, close to the Acropolis, equiped kitchen, comfortable rooms, clean, the host was very helpful and kind. It had even a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a nice balcony.

Cons: The breakfast is not as we expected, it simply included some groceries in the fridge. There is no suffiitient noise isolation, we heard traffic from the street bellow all night. The elevator can carry 2 people only (4th floor). The luggage storage incurs additional cost, although it doesn't say so on booking.

Pros: Keurig appartement, komt precies overeen met de foto's. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en horeca.

Cons: Het lawaai van de drukke straat. Je kon maar 1 douche tegelijkertijd gebruiken anders viel de druk weg en was hij koud.

Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni. Doporučila bych všem přátelům.

Pros: Byt je velice krásný, prostorný a čistý. Situovaný v centru Atén. Bylo možné se tramvají dostat i k městské pláži a vykoupat se v moři. A snídaně připravená v lednici byla velice milou pozorností.

Cons: Nic. Vše bylo perfektní.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and very helpful for both the Check-in and Check-out processes, always with excellent communication and a high willingness to help and make the stay a great experience. The apartment was incredible, very comfortable, clean, elegant and an excellent space. Great location, very close to the acropolis and other sites of interest. Highly recommended.

Excellent, good location and very nice staff!

Pros: Very well located, great for a family of 6, the apartment was very clean. It has all the essentials you need to be comfortable on a short stay and to be able to use the kitchen. The staff were really nice and very accommodating, for a small fee we were able to do a very early check in.
