Athens Golden Light Premium Residence

Perfect host and made my birthday girls trip the best it could be!

Pros: It was clean and the host even provided blankets for us to use on the balcony! Really lovely and gave us tips how to get the best out of Athens too

Cons: We had to leave and couldn’t stay forever!

Overall we had a lovely stay.

Pros: Location was excellent. Very close to the Acropolis and lots of bars and restaurants. Apartment was very well equipped.

Cons: The hot water was a bit problematic and patchy. There were six of us and some mornings we didn't all manage to get a hot shower. Also, two of the bedrooms have open showers in them so it should be noted that the rooms aren't really suitable for friends to share as there is no privacy. Although the balcony is huge and really beautifully furnished, due to the fact the apartment is on a very busy main road, we found it too noisy to sit outside.

Pros: The apartment is huge and spacious and very recently renovated. The balcony is absolutely fantastic, with plenty of space for our family of 6 am and as it’s on the top (6th floor- there’s a lift) the views are stunning . From a corner of the balcony you have a clear view of the Parthenon . The bedrooms are spacious , comfortable and clean . It’s even nicer than the pictures suggest due to high ceilings. Air con v effective . We loved the sun loungers and outdoor shower on terrace to cool off with. Location could not be better. About 10 mins (max) walk to entrance to Acropolis (museum and Parthenon) and there are loads of great little restaurants/ bars/ supermarkets within 5 mins walk. The metro is about 5 mins away but we didnt need to use it at all.

Cons: As is typical for a city stay the traffic noise is quite noticeable from early to late, the apartment block is situated on one of the main trunk roads in/out of city but did not cause nuisance. The apartment itself is beautiful but the external building itself is a little run down. (V typical for Athens residential areas… but felt safe as on a busy road) for example, at bottom Of apartment block there is a pizza/pasta takeaway so it feels like you’re in more of a local Residential area but with the benefit of tourist areas steps away. we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Perfect for family and friends.Very central. Close to shops and attractions.And excellent host.

Pros: Property owner was lovely, great communication, ensured we had everything we required for our stay and reached out to see if we needed anything for the duration. Apartment was clean & exactly as pictured. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to be close too!

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Pros: Lovely host! We were greeted at the arrival with all information needed, host was very responsive to help and assist! The flat is new, fully equipped with anything you might need. The place is very clean and those views from balcony are just adorable. Coming back!! Massive thank you!

Amazing apartment with an amazing host, thank you Chrysta!

Pros: Very spacious, each room was big and comfortable, a couple of them had private bathroom as well. The balcony was amazing! Chrysta welcomed us on the first day and was gracious and kind. She allowed us to store the luggage while they were cleaning in pre check in which is not something all apartments allow, it helped us a lot and saved money from luggage storage!

Pros: Die Lage war super, das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wir hatten genug Platz mit 9 Leuten vor Ort! Die Küche war super ausgestattet, die Terrasse und der Ausblick ein Traum und die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert!

Cons: Eine Türklinke war locker aber sonst hat alles

Appartamento fantastico vicino all’Acropoli

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, spazioso e molto ben organizzato. Terrazzo fantastico per rilassarsi a fine giornata e non solo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e l’host è molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consigliamo sicuramente.
