Athens Innova Apartment I

Pros: The place was spacious, very clean and had all the facilities needed.I was located at the main road so u could take the bus or the metro easily.

Pros: Nice, big apartment. Even though it's on a main, busy road, the bedroom is at the back so you get a good night sleep.All the facilities.

Great. Would stay there again in a heartbeat

Pros: Clean. Spacious. Comfortable Washing machine surprisingly quite given the busy street outside

Cons: While the apartment was perfect. There was a faint cat smell outside the apartment and in the stairwell of the building

Pros: It's a bit outside of the center, so more quiet. Bus stop so close can easily go anywhere. Good wifi connection.

Cons: Its uphill to walk toward center, but not too bad Not much to eat at night in this area. Shower a bit small

couldn't be better for the money I paid.

Pros: Spacious, Clean, well-furnished, and equipped, it is easy to get to and in a safe area. A supermarket is only 3 minutes away, and several cafes and restaurants are nearby.

Cons: The toilet cover was broken and needs to be replaced.

Confortevole

Pros: Appartamento pulitissimo e grande, tranne il bagno un po' essenziale, ma anch'esso pulito e con la doccia bella calda. La cucina è abbastanza ben attrezzata di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici grandi e piccoli. Gli infissi insonorizzano bene, essendo al primo piano affaccio strada. Il wifi funziona alla grande. Nelle vicinanze ci sono bar, ristorantini e pub, un minimarket e un supermarket. Inoltre, c'è la fermata dei bus e, più su, quella della metro. Il proprietario, Spyros, fornisce precise indicazioni sul ritiro delle chiavi, che avviene tramite key locker.

Cons: Cose di piccolo conto in tema comfort: una luce più forte in bagno e uno specchio a figura intera, magari un piccolo tavolo in cucina e un paio di cuscini in più per il letto.

Pros: Nous avons pu aller plus tôt que prévu au logement suite à une autre location que nous avons quitté car l'annonce était plus que trompeuse .. Mais le personnels de cette location a tout fais pour nous arranger je recommande les yeux fermés

Pros: Μοντέρνο άνετο διαμέρισμα. Παρείχε όλο τον οικιακό εξοπλισμό εκτός απο την τραπεζαρία. Ο Σπύρος πάντα πρόθυμος μας έδωσε άλλο διαμέρισμα από αυτό που είχαμε κάνει κράτηση λόγο κάποιου προβλήματος που προέκυψε.

Cons: Πολύ λερωμενος καναπές από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες. Μάλλον λόγω μη ύπαρξης τραπεζαρίας. Επίσης το συνεργείο καθαρισμού θα πρέπει να βελτιώσει τις υπηρεσίες του.

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες.Πολύ άνετο,λειτουργικό και καθαρό. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.
