Pros: I loved the apartment, very clean and well furnished. The owner was helpful. The location is right in the center where you can get everything you need.

Cons: Finding a place to park our car on the street was extremely difficult. Very noisy due to the location but we managed to sleep.

A Perfect Stay at Areos Comfort Living on Alexandra’s Avenue

Pros: I had an excellent experience at Areos Comfort Living Apartment on Alexandra’s Avenue 72, Athens. The apartment was modern, spacious, and very clean, offering all the comforts needed for a relaxed stay. The location is ideal — close to the city center, with easy access to public transport, shops, and cafes, yet still quiet enough to enjoy peace after a busy day exploring Athens. The host was very welcoming, attentive, and ensured everything was well-prepared before my arrival, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small details in the apartment that made it feel like home. Overall, this place is a great choice for both short and long stays in Athens. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm.

Comfortable, affordable flat in a pretty good location.

Pros: Flat was very clean and comfortable, with Air conditioning throughout and electronic blinds to keep the rooms nice and cool and dark on an evening. Location was pretty good to get to all the areas of Athens you might want to visit.

Cons: The lift is very small and claustrophobic but the stairs appeared to have all the lighting taken out so did not offer a very good alternative - also 4 floors up it is not to be undertaken lightly

Good apartment for short city break

Pros: Comfortable apartment with all necesaary equipment for the city break, parking for the car is possible in nearby streets.

Cons: The location is ok but very noisy since its on the big boulevard.

Great stay in Athens

Pros: Ria is a great host and is easy to communicate with. The apartment is located is a great neighbourhood with a range of local shops including restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and a laundromat all within a 10 minute walk. There is a bus stop outside and the City Sightseeing hop on hop off bus stop is only a 12 minute walk. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe to walk around. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and tidy. The other neighbours in the building are quiet and keep to themselves. You are slightly out of the hustle and bustle of town which we liked but it’s only a 10 minute taxi ride to the city centre and all the markets which will cost you around 8 Euro. It would be a 40 minute walk, I’m guessing because it was so cheap to taxi we didn’t bother.

Cons: Other reviews have mentioned the traffic. The apartment is on a main road but it honestly isn’t a problem. I heard the traffic the first night then didn’t notice it again. It’s a city so there is always going to be city traffic. Don’t let it put you off. You're not going to sit out on the balcony enjoying the evening, it’s noisy, but inside it’s not a problem.

Perpect apartment

Pros: When we arrived a man welcomed us and explained to us about the apartment and all the facilities in it. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and equipped with modern furniture and accessories. The kitchen had a diverse selection of electrical appliances such as: a large refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, coffee machine, juicer, and more. The bathroom had a sink, a washing machine and a dryer, a tub for clothes, washing powder and fabric softener, Device for hanging laundry and clothespins. In addition there were an ironing board, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner. Communication with Ria was excellent every hour and every day, she was available, pleasant, and answered every question. We were a family of 5 and it was really great, and recommended

Overall very good stay with family for extended weekend.

Pros: Very good location. It is well connected area. You can use bus but also go on foot to metro either to green or blue line which goes to airport. Using green line you can go to Pireus directly. It’s also possible to go on foot to Lycabettus Hill.

Cons: It is quite noisy because of the Alexandras Ave.

Pros: We absolutely loved the property, we were greeted by a lovely housekeeper and the house was so clean and well equipped with little treats here and there that made you feel really welcomed and comfortable. location was very good and we felt safe. we loved our stay there and highly recommend it.

A comfortable stay in Athens

Pros: The apartment has almost everything that you will need for your stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are washing and drying machines if you need. The Tv has Netflix! It was a comfortable stay with our baby because the apartment is big. They have baby cot. I liked the location as well. It was not exactly in the center but very close to sintagma by taxi. The exarchia district was close that I liked the atmosphere. There are some good restaurants nearby. Our host Ria was very fast and helpful to answer all my questions. I didn’t hear any voice outside because the isolation is good. The apartment was very clean.

I definitely will come back once more.

Pros: We came here with a baby, and we got more than we expected. The owner provided a cot for the baby, and we found some coffee and sweets. We loved how clean, tidy, and nice everything was. Also, we enjoyed that the apartment has a standard kitchen so you can cook like you do this at home. For as this was very important as we traveled with the baby. Also, you can reach main tourists objects by foot.

Cons: The apartment is very close to one of the central Athens streets, and the street is very noisy. You can here it through the windows even though the sound insulation is perfect. But the noise was not a problem at all for us nor for the baby.
