Cozy Apartment in Larisis 9-11

Quiet fully contained clean apartment in an excellent location

Pros: This is a beautiful, clean, modern apartment in a gorgeous old building with lots of character. The apartment has everything you need and is really well laid out. The location is excellent, on a bustling street with lots of shops, cafes and bars. Despite being surrounded by everything it's quiet in the apartment. Panna was a lovely host, really helpful and easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: it is the perfect location to be 10' from down town Athens, but also have a bit of distance from the hastle and bastle. Also, there are options locally, 2' walk for dinner and to have a drink in the evening. so, it is perfect in terms of options. the flat itself is renovated, very quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: I liked the location. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It is also surprisingly spacious. I very much liked the communication and the fact that they welcomed me at the premises in person.

Pros: The apartment is in a very central location. Close to super markets , cafes and the metro station. Spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you might need! Super comfy bed. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Η κ.Παναγιώτα τα είχε όλα έτοιμα. Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό και καλύπτει άνετα μέχρι και οικογένεια με τέσσερα άτομα.Με εντυπωσίασε πραγματικά η καθαριότητα.Ειχε όλες τις παροχες..Ενω είναι πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο έχει ησυχια.Είχες τα πάντα δίπλα σου Μετρο ,σούπερ μάρκετ, εμπορικά καταστήματα φούρνο φαρμακείο.

Cons: Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μου αρεσε

Pros: Η τοποθεσία άριστη, πολύ κοντά στη στάση μετρό Πανόρμου και πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο με καταστήματα κάθε είδους. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο και ήσυχο. Αν και ισόγειο (βλέπει στην πρασιά) διαθέτει πόρτα ασφαλείας.

Cons: Η παραλαβή των κλειδιών κατά την άφιξη γίνεται αυτοπροσώπως, με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργείται δυσκολία παραλαβής από τον οικοδεσπότη. Θα μπορούσε να τοποθετηθεί ένα keybox σε κάποιο σημείο της εισόδου, ώστε τα κλειδιά να είναι πιο εύκολα διαθέσιμα.
