Fantastic location for a holiday.
Pros: The view from the wraparound balcony which is amazing, breakfast on the balcony, easy to walk into Varkiza for bars, bakeries, restaurants and shops, the apartment has everything we needed., there is a beach opposite.
Cons: It should be mentioned that the dual carriageway outside can be noisy with cars and motorbikes racing but some of the cars are spectacular eg Lamborghinis, Aston Martins, Porsches, etc and we found it just added to the viewing experience.

Cozy apartment with an amazing view of the sea!
Pros: The apartment is very cozy and spacious with an amazing view of the sea. It has all the amenities one might need. The location is great, within walking distance to beaches and beach bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The bus station is right next to the apartment as well, thus making exploring the city very convenient. Eftichia was a great host, very friendly and nice, ensuring we had everything we needed to have a lovely stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Athens (especially during the summer)!
Cons: We really enjoyed staying at this property and especially its amazing view; the only small downside would be that as the apartment is located on the main street, it might get a bit loud when cars and motorcycles drive by.

Pros: Ilus vaade ja avar rõdu! Klaassein käis suurelt lahti ja avas vaate merele. Kõik vajalik oli olemas.

Pros: Gute Lage mit Meerblick und fußläufig erreichbarem Strand und Zentrum. Perfekte Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Gute Erreichbarkeit. Unproblematische Schlüsselübergabe. Parkmöglichkeit für den Mietwagen. Der Kühlschrank war zur Begrüßung mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten (sogar für unseren kleinen Hund) gefüllt. Alles war sehr sauber und einladend. Wir können die Unterkunft für alle empfehlen, die in der Nähe von Athen (gute Anbindung zum Flughafen) eine Unterkunft suchen und trotzdem nicht auf Strand und gute Tavernen verzichten wollen.
Cons: Die 4-spurige Straße zwischen Appartement und Meer war zeitweise sehr laut.

Superb!
Pros: Ne bucurăm foarte mult că am ales acest apartament frumos, pentru vacanța noastră. Ne-am simțit confortabil și plăcut, într-o atmosferă atât de minunată, la malul mării. Curățenie si ordine la cel mai inalt nivel! Apartament modern, cu o terasă mare și o priveliște minunată către mare, frumos utilat are tot ce este nevoie si chiar mai mult!🤗 Mulţumim, în special, gazdei noastre, o doamnă foarte drăguță și prietenoasă, care s-a asigurat că oaspeții au tot ce le trebuie pentru o ședere cât mai plăcută.!🤗

Pros: Die Lage mit direktem Meerblick ist top. Die Ausstattung ist gross und es hat alles was es braucht!
Cons: Leider ist es sehr laut, weil die Strasse von den Einheimischen als „Rennstrecke“ missbraucht wird. Aufhäulende Motoren bis tief in die Nacht und frühen Morgen haben das Schlafen ein wenig schwierig gemacht.

A wonderful apartment with an incredible sea view near the beach.
Pros: The personal touch, getting to know the person looking after the home. She was very helpful and gave us many tips. Was there when we needed anything. The veranda was large enough to invite guests for dinner, and in the evening there was a heavenly aroma from the flowers.
Cons: We highly recommend this home.
