More than happy to return to stay here again.
Pros: This is an exceptional apartment. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, and very well equipped throughout and with comfortable furnishings. There is a two person lift to the 2nd floor, but the stairs are not that steep if you choose that away up. The area is convenient for buses and a reasonable walk to the metro. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. Good communication with the owner/agents.
Cons: The area, while up and coming, is still a work in progress and in daylight can look dingy in parts. That said, we ate out in local restaurants at night and felt perfectly safe walking back to the apartment.

Pros: I stayed for a week and had a great time. The apartment is large with high ceilings so feels very spacious. It is tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished, well equiped and very clean. Everything I used worked as expected: air conditioning, washing machine, fridge and so on all in good working order. There are many bars, tavernas and other eating places nearby - in particular a pleasant square off Keramicou (exit apartment, go left and after about 5 mins walk the square is behind a childens' playground on the left). For classical Greece, it's a ten minute walk to the Ancient Agora and Monastiraki which lead onto the Plaka and Acropolis. It's brilliant.
Cons: Athens is a noisy city. Karamicou is relatively quiet but if you sit on the front balcony or leave the balcony doors open, you'll hear street traffic, building revovation work in the daytime and in the evening music from competing venues. Mostly this doesn't worry me, it's Athens and I expect it. But if it gets too much, the double glazing is effective in blocking out nearly all noise and peace and calm is restored.

Pros: Spacious, clean, nice decorated apartment, good location. Good communication with menagers, detailed online instructions. Key in locked box. Kitchen equipment is good enough, big and comfy double bed. Clean bed linen and towels. Big shower cabin, good hot water pressure. Many options for lights regulation and electric sockets. Good windows to isolate street noise, quiet neighbours.
Cons: Lagging wifi. No towels in the kitchen, no tablets for dishwashing machine, no toilet paper.

Comfortable and luxurious stay
Pros: The location was near the centre and easy to walk to. The flat was furnished with new and the best quality items. The bed was amazingly comfortable.
Cons: The instructions were to wash the dishes and take out the rubbish during checkout. It would be better to not have to do this.

Cons: Wechselhandtücher bei 5 nächten wären gut gewesen.

Piacevole soggiorno ad Atene
Pros: Appartamento molto bello ben arredato e confortevole. Il quartiere è pieno di locali dove bere e mangiare con una bellissima atmosfera.
Cons: Nella conferma di prenotazione si menziona un kit di arrivo che doveva comprendere alcune cose basiche (come un paio di capsule Nespresso, ecc) ma non c’era niente di tutto questo, solo la carta igienica (per fortuna).

Pros: L’appartement était très beau, belle qualité de matériaux, propre et neuf. Cependant si vous compter cuisiner, les accessoires de cuisine sont très minime même basics...
Cons: Sa localisation, car a deux reprises en revenant à pied, nous avons passé à côté de junkie qui se piquait à l’héroïne à 3 endroits durant le jour.. Quartier avec beaucoup de bâtisse abandonné mais qui semble reprendre vie petit à petit. Pour cette raison, nous ne nous sentions pas à l’aise de se promener de soir.

Pros: Pobyt w obiekcie był bardzo sympatyczny. Mieszkanie było czyste, schludne, większe niż się początkowo wydaje i unosił się przyjemny zapach. Kompleks posiadał wszystkie najważniejsze urządzenia: elektryczny czajnik na wodę, płytę indukcyjną, piekarnik, ekspres na kawę, lodówkę z zamrażalnikiem, pralkę oraz klimatyzację. Lokalizacja była cudowna, blisko znajdowały się sklepy, dwie stacje metra a także atrakcje turystyczne. Kontakt z właścicielem również był nienaganny. Od samego poczatku odpisywał po paru minutach, przez co nie trzeba było długo czekać na odpowiedź. Bardzo polecam to wzorowe miejsce. :)

Wunderschön, würde hier immer wieder einkehren.
Pros: Die Anreise sowie der Check-In liefen reibungslos. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles, was das Herz begehrt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Vor allem das Stadtzentrum ist innerhalb von 10min zu erreichen. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder bleiben, wenn ich Athen besuche.
Cons: Wenn man in der Nähe der Unterkunft in die falsche Seitenstraße abbiegt, dann landet man inmitten eines Drogenviertels voller benutzter Spritzen und Menschen, die Crack nehmen. Vorsicht ist geboten.
