Pros: As seen in the photos. Beautiful property and everything considered. The location is good. Right beside the supermarket and a very helpful host.

Cons: Every morning I was woken by the buzzing at the entrance to the property.

Overall, nice and comfy, there are a few things to be considered

Pros: Extremely comfy bed and the apt was clean and modern. Loved the neighborhood and the tranquility of the place, just around everything.

Cons: In my opinion, the room needs blinds or curtains, everyone passing from the street can see you, so either you have to have everything closed or you have to just accept the fact of zero privacy. The fact that it is also on the ground floor means that you will definitely have cockroaches as visitors, which is normal when they come from outside, but not ok when they come from the pipes of the bathroom and kitchen. It has to be checked cause it was more than one occasion that happened.

I would stay here again very modern and comfortable

Pros: The property was as seen in photos, clean and central. I had moved from previous accommodation during my trip to Athens to stay here and was very happy with my move. I was in Athens for medical reasons and found the property extremely comforting.

Pros: Brand new, quality of decoration, bed, details, clean, basic kitchen equipment provided

Cons: It's still not 100% complete and needs some more details. Like things to put your soap, towel hanger near the wash basin at the bathroom and a coffee table at the living room. I'm sure they will add it soon as it seems I'm from the first ones who visited it. A bit more expensive than other options but it worth the extra money that I paid.

Cons: Χρειάζεται κουρτίνες από τή στιγμή πού είναι στο ισόγειο

Pros: Πολύ καθαρό και εργονομικό κατάλυμα. Πολύ καλή και άμεση η επικοινωνία.

Pros: Ήταν όλα τέλεια ,,όλα καθαρά και θα ξαναπήγαινα ,,το συνιστώ άνετα..

Cons: J’ai tout aimé juste tout est moderne si tu ne connais pas ça sera un peu difficile mais dès que tu écris ils répondent directement

Great place and highly recommended

Pros: Perfect studio and brand new facilities, I really enjoyed my stay in this comfortable place. Bed is compfy, internet is good, very enough space and very clean with all what it could be needed. Big plus point beside the toilet is to find water spray, which is for me personally very important (see photo) Definitely high recommended and if I will visit Athens again, I will book it again for sure Just one point less, because I got the studio direct to the street and directly beside the main door at the groud floor, so sometimes is to hear something noisy, but the neighborhood is very nice and quiet in general. I loved the place, thnx

Cons: Nothing, it's a great place, I do recommend it if it is not a must to be directly in the city center, but also it's is not far at all by transportation.
