Pros: This is by far the best value accommodation for money. Its only minutes walking distance to monastiraki. Excellent location. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor terrace. It really has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: It was very hard to find. Our taxi was struggling to locate the property as there is no visible signage outside. My first impression of the building of the outside was not positive but as they say don't judge a book by its cover. Its directly located next to a record shop so once you find this shop the apartment is directly next door. But I really have no negatives about this accommodation and I highly recommend it.

Spacious apartment with courtyard, approx 200m from Monastiraki station

Pros: Apartment was larger than it appeared in photos. Location was great. Full size kitchen with microwave etc. Large court yard. Small narrow balcony also. Quiet at night, slept well. Security was good. **There is an elevator**

Cons: Decor could be improved but the place was functional.

Pros: The owner is very kind was really good about accommodating our various requests. The building is clean As shown in the photo, inexpensive, and I have no complaints.

Υπέροχη διαμονή

Pros: Η τοποθεσία ήταν υπέροχη, το ίδιο ισχύει και για την καθαριότητα του καταλύματος. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν πολύ φιλόξενοι και βοηθητικοί σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.

Pros: Θα θέλαμε οι μελλοντικοί επισκέπτες να γνωρίζουν ότι οι φωτογραφίες δεν αποδίδουν πλήρως την πραγματική εικόνα του διαμερίσματος. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ πιο όμορφος και ευρύχωρος από κοντά, προσφέροντας άνετη διαμονή τόσο σε ζευγάρια όσο και σε οικογένειες. Παρότι βρίσκεται μόλις ένα βήμα από την πλατεία Μοναστηράκι, το περιβάλλον παραμένει εξαιρετικά ήσυχο. Η καθαριότητα είναι άριστη. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί, αποτελώντας άριστο παράδειγμα της ελληνικής φιλοξενίας. Σίγουρα θα επισκεφθούμε ξανά το κατάλυμα και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Pros: Appartamento molto pulito e spazioso a pochissimi passi dai maggiori punti di interesse ed alla metropolitana. L'host Angelos e famiglia veramente gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!!!

Pros: Loft spacieux, décoré avec goût , en plein centre d'Athènes. Très bien équipé et calme. Angelo est soucieux du confort de ses clients.
