Athens Exarcheia Vibe 2

Pros: Everything was perfect! The apartment was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The location is also great — close to everything we needed. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, allowing us to check in early and delay the check-out a bit, which we really appreciated.

Pros: Close to the city center, many nice restaurants around. Metro station is 5 minutes walking. Apartment is big and comfortable. AC, tv set, big bathroom, comfortable bed. Washing machine also works but there were no capsules (not a big deal anyway)

Cons: Nothing major to be honest. Area around the building was full of homeless people but they didn’t look dangerous. Also there were a lot of police officers walking around. The apartment itself is nice and I can’t say anything bad about it.

Great modern flat with excellent location.

Pros: Excellent location. Near Athens archaeological museum and 30 min walk to Akropolis and all the other places.

Pros: Convenient location close to Downtown Athens and Metro station with easy access from the airport using public transport. Comfortable stay. Easy check-in.

Pros: Thank you. I really enjoyed the stay. The location was very convenient to my conference; and also to the city/tourist attractions such as parliament/Acropolis.. Basically i did not use transport during my stay.. i walked to places and i enjoyed those walks too.... i am a keen walker though. Cafes and eating places around the stay were great. My apartment was very comfortable.

Cons: I cannot say anything bad about the place... quiet nice place... i could easily find cabs etc to the airport. I came back to the stay even midnight... no problems... very safe... streets are lighted.

I will come back to these apartments again when I'm in Athens.

Pros: Central location. For me - walking distance to touristic points, but nearby you will find main public transport points (Omonia Metro and so on). Easy Metro lines. Large and Stylish Apartments (newly furnished). I did not use kitchen area, but it seems you will find all the tools for cooking. Washing machine is big big + And big big surprise: you can sleep at nights, SILENCE AT NIGHT !!! 👍🏻 No traffic sounds. This area with big choise of cafe/restaurans, small bars/clubs crowded by young people, but the noise will not reach your apartments. Very good communication with owner Ioannis. Thank You 🤝

A gem in the heart of Exarchia

Pros: Apartment was really clean and cosy. Shower facilities were amazing. Exarchia is a great location for chilling out in. This Apartment is an ideal Base for exploring and Ioannis was very flexible with checking in and out. Would highly recommend it.

Pros: Die Lage war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wirklich schön!

Perfetto per una settimana

Pros: Andati per 5 notti per una settimana di vacanza ad Atene e dintorni, in termini di posizione è ottima per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti, tutto vicino a piedi e se non ne avete voglia di camminare ci sono due metropolitane a meno di 500 metri. La zona non è un granché a causa dei barboni, ma, al contrario di quanto se ne dica , io e la mia ragazza non ci siamo mai sentiti in pericolo di essere rapinati o disturbati, abbiamo provato solo un senso di dispiacere nel vedere quelle persone in difficoltà. Ottimo l'appartamento, due condizionatori funzionanti che ti permettono di stare al fresco anche ad agosto , letto comodissimo e anche i cuscini sono ok. Possibilità di utilizzare cucina e lavatrice privati. Bagno una vera chicca, enorme la doccia walk-in. Consiglio sicuramente!

Cons: Il Palazzo da fuori sembra in condizioni fatiscenti, anche la tromba delle scale che porta all'appartamento. Ma roba di poco conto in quanto l'appartamento è davvero bello e ben curato ed arredato.
