A cozy minimal apartment at Koukaki

Well located, simple apartment.

Pros: The apartment is well appointed with everything you need for a long or short stay and works well as a base to explore the city and the local area (which has many cafes and restaurants)

Cons: It can be dark inside and the interior is pretty basic. But as it’s likely just a base to explore the city, it’s not really an issue.

Nice location. Decent house. Pubs, restaurants and supermarkets around

Pros: Nice location. All the major attractions are in walkable distance. Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Very much happening location even at nights. So it felt safe too. You won’t be alone when you are walking late nights. Property looks exactly as in pictures.

Cons: Not big issues. Very minor ones. Hot water was an issue. But after contacting the host, they asked to switch ON a particular switch and then there was hot water.

Great location and very comfortable apartment. The communication with the host was excellent.

An excellent apartment in a perfect location

Pros: This was my fourth time in Athens and this was by far the best apartment in the best location. The neighbourhood is safe and vibrant with cafes and restaurants just around the corner. There are also two supermarkets two minutes away. It is very close to the city centre and all the tourist spots. Very convenient if you want to get down to the seaside as well. The apartment was quite big, perfectly clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The communication with the hosts was quick and easy and they let us check-in a couple of hours early which we really appreciated. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely come back again.

Pros: The apartment was really spacious, clean and beautiful. The location is great, it's close to many great restaurants, cafés, sights and public transportation. We had everything we needed and when there was something lacking, the owner responded very quickly and got us everything. We had a great time in Athens, partly beacuse of our accomodation. Thank you for having us!

Excellent, easy, friendly.

Pros: Nice and very comfortable apartment at really great location! Communication with hosts was very friendly and easy. Everything I needed was there, so it was just perfect!

Muy bueno!

Pros: El apartamemto era muy cómodo. Y lo mejor erq la ubicación: estabas cerca de casi todo en un radio de 20 min caminando. Y por el otro lado, estaba situado a 20 metros de una calle peatonal repleta de bares para comer y tomar algo :)

Cons: Si tengo que buscarle algo, podria decir la vista del balcon, que esta pegada a la pared del otro edificio. Pero es solo por decir algo. La realidad es que saliamos bien temprano a recorrer y volviamos tarde al apartamento.

Pros: エアコンがリビング、寝室ともについており、飲食をするための食器も十分にあったため、快適に生活できた。洗濯機もありがたかった。

Cons: あんまり思い浮かばないです。日本人なせいだと思うのですが、スリッパはあった方がありがたかったです。

Una estadía muy amena en un departamento muy útil y cómodo.

Pros: La ubicación está muy buena, cerca de la Acrópolis y las líneas de Metro. El departamento es muy espacioso y cómodo.

Cons: La zona de noche puede ser medio agitada y con personas dando vueltas medio sospechosa, pero nada que temer.

Pros: Das Apartment ist sehr schön und bietet sehr viel Platz. Restaurants und jede Menge Cafés in der näheren Umgebung, und zur Metro ist es auch nicht weit.

Cons: Das Bettlaken ist zu klein. Es verrutscht ständig (Kein Spannbetttuch) und dann liegt man auf der direkten Matratze. Sehr unangenehm. Beide Nachttischlampen funktionieren nicht. Küchen Ausstattung sehr dürftig. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Zucker sollten immer vorhanden sein. Also alles in allem Kleinigkeiten die leicht auszubessern sind. Die Couch ist ebenfalls nicht zu empfehlen, davon bekommt man Rückenschmerzen
