A rare gem in a perfect location.

Pros: This is a gorgeous apartment. The view from the balcony of the Byzantine church beside the apartment was as lovely as a view of the Parthenon. Great bed, great shower, with grocery stores, coffee shops and bakeries around the corner. The washing machine also includes a tumble dryer.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: What an amazing location. Access is via a quite laneway into a beautiful building and views are overlooking a busy square. We were staying in Athens with family for a wedding and this apartment was perfect. We had so much space and we were right in the centre of all of the action. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the host was amazing.

Pros: An Unforgettable Stay – Beyond Expectations We came to celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday — parents and four adult children — and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Vassilios went above and beyond in every possible way. His attention to detail, personal warmth, and intuitive understanding of our needs were truly remarkable. He anticipated what we might require before we even realized it ourselves, and every question or request was met immediately, always with a genuine smile.

Pros: Wonderful accommodation for our family of 5. Vasileios was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. From restaurant reservations, booking transfers, bringing baklavas, and sharing lots of excellent tips and recommendations. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a great location. Everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance. And when we needed to rest, we sat on the balcony and soaked up the lively atmosphere below. Having a kitchen and washing machine is a bonus when traveling with kids.

Pros: Absolutely fantastic. So comfortable, big, in a great central location Monastiraki! 3 bathrooms made a huge difference to our stay, when getting ready to go out. The host was easy to deal with, very responsive, great communicator! Will definitely book again when in Athens!
