Great place to explore Athens

Pros: Great location to explore Athens as the room is in the city centre. Despite being in one of the most central street, the room was very quiet and you could not hear any sound from the street. The room is new, and Michael is very available.

Cons: Unfortunately, the room was not very clean when we arrived. However, Michael was so kind to ask to the staff to come to clean again. In addition to this, It would be useful to have some hangers or a small wardrobe.

Pros: The location. It's perfect closed to Monastiraki and Syntagna Sqr.

Cons: There is no wardrobe in the apt

Pros: Location close to Acropolis was great. It would be good to have studios signage at the address so that it is easier to find.

Cons: The bed had spiders or bed bugs, and I ended up with a couple of bites after each of 3 nights

Our stay was very good due to the proximity of areas we wanted to visit

Cons: The bathroom facilities, poorly fitted out. Could replace cistern with a combination basin (close coupled cistern) which would increase the space for a shower screen with a door.

Pros: The property was very modern with comfortable facilities from the bed to the bathroom. This place was ideal for us as we were here for a single night stop over in Athens. The central location made it very easy to go to excited dinner spots without the stress of being out late at night in a foreign city (especially important as it was two girls were staying here). Our next day was headed to the Port of Piraeus so staying a 3 minute walk from the Metro was VERY convenient. The communication with the host was outstanding! Moved mountains to allow us to check-in early, very helpful after an intense travel day. With consideration of both the positives and negatives of the property, I would HIGHLY recommend this property for Singles or Couples staying in Athens for 1 or 2 nights.

Cons: Some downfalls: we were only provided a top sheet for our bed, no quilt. While it was summer when we stayed, this was fine but we coped as it was just 1 night. However, needing the AC on to keep us cool, having only the top sheet for 2 people was slightly inconvenient. Secondly, no fault of the property owners, but the bathroom was a bit small even for 1 person in the shower, lots of splash outside the shower leaving the bathroom quite wet, again, not a massive issue for a short stay.
