Nice, renovated apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood
Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, making it perfect for our overnight stay in Athens before heading north. It was nicely renovated and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The representative who handed over the key in person was polite and patient.
Cons: Coordinating the key handover required precise timing, which can be tricky when flying into Athens. We had some difficulty finding the exact location, but our driver helped us contact the host/operator, and shortly afterward a representative arrived. Handover is available only until 10 p.m., with an additional charge of €30 after that and €40 after around 1–2 a.m. A simple lockbox with a clear label would make arrivals much easier.

Overall it was great, if we could extand it, we would've done it but the place was already booked
Pros: Location was Ok, not in the center of Athens but close to a metro station so it was easy to move around The place was very clean, we were 5 people (3 adults + 2 kids) and had plenty of room for everyone, there is a supermarket right next to it so we could cook and get groceries easily
Cons: one bed was'nt comfy at all, the sofa was much better pillows were pretty bad shower had a small issue caouse water always got out of it because the shower itself isn't sealed properly but it's a very small issue

Comfy bed, located close to where I needed to be.
Pros: The apartment was clean and roomy, located close to where I needed to be, but any eating places were a bit of a walk. I needed an apartment in which I could cook, but the kitchen equipment was very limited, I even had to but a potatoe peeler. Host was helpful and keys and access were great, even gave me tips on places to eat. Organised taxis to and from airport via host which was easy and well priced. Heating in main bedroom was fine, no heating (from memory) in second bedroom which is off lounge area. loved that there was a coat rack, so you can hang coat, scarf, beanie during winter stay. Wifi was good, and TVs had netflix access. Property felt secure, not much noise from street, a little from other units, but was not a concern at all.
Cons: kitchen equipment was very limited, and warning the hot water is scoldingly HOT, so be warned. You have to turn on a switch to heat, which was fine. Aircon was not hot enough, or maybe not strong enough for such a big space in lounge area - it was middle of winter, and central heating did not come on till later. But once on it warmed the whole place up. An extra blanket during winter would be advisable to add.

Cons: améliorer : un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine:, petit couteau, épluche légumes, égouttoir, et indispensable de changer la poêle!

Pros: Groß, komfortabel, bequeme Betten, leise trotz viel befahrener Straße, Parkplätze an der Straße vorhanden ( wir hatten immer Glück und haben einen bekommen)
Cons: Bad Tür ließ sich nicht schließen

Pros: Πολύ όμορφο, ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα!!! Η τοποθεσία του ήταν εξαιρετική καθώς ήταν όλα δίπλα μας φαρμακεία, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ μαγαζιά!! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!!!

Pros: I had to book this apartment in urgency as we lost our passports and had to stay in athens for few nights. Booked it online and in an hour I was able to check in with the host who was pleasantly nice and helpful. Apartment was super clean, with a lift access. Aircon & TV in each room, clean towels and bedsheets. Every thing you need was available in apartment from crokery to Iron. Also had no problem in late checkout with the host.
