D16 Athens Apartment - 5' mins to Petralona Metro

Enjoyable quiet stay in authentic everyday apartment, matched what I expected, helpful host. Yes, recommend.

Pros: Has some character, host very helpful, good communicator. Pretty much what I expected. Cafe and restaurant/bar just a few metres away. Very quiet.

Cons: So quiet, I would have loved to have some music to play. 2 km walk to town (Acropolis) fine for me although probably not for everyone.

Amazing Apartment Near Acropolis

Pros: We loved this apartment. It had everything we wished for. The host was very helpful before and during our stay. It's a great place to come to after a day of sightseeing. In walking distance to the Acropolis and 2 metro stations to the center of Athens. It is very handy for Piraeus port and beaches. We felt at home. We will recommend and will be back in the future.

Pros: The apartment is great. In a quiet area. The metro is just 5 min away - 2 stops to Monastiraki station. The host is very friendly.

Pros: A really nice (cool and comfortable) flat only five minutes from the metro and one stop to some nice restaurants and the start of the main tourist area. Petros provided lots of detailed information before my arrival and was quick to answer the odd query. I would definitely recommend it and would try to book it again if I return to Athens.

Pros: Very cozy place, perfect for longer stay. Very close to the city center and metro, but nice and quiet area at the same time. What was also important for me- very safe neighbourhood. Great contact with Petros who explained everything we needed to know.

A wonderful apartment

Pros: The apartment was very modern, clean, and comfortable. It is located very close to the train station which made travelling around Athens really easy. The apartment is in a really nice and safe neighbourhood, with lots of cafe's and restaurants close by. The communication from the host was excellent, and he was always available if needed. Thank you for having us stay, we really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Nothing - everything was great.

Pros: Very good location. We didn't need our car (and as promised but against our expectation, we did find a free parking spot easily), coffee shop right around the corner, nice restaurants (without tourists within walking distance), Akropolis and the other main attractions also within walking distance through a park-like area with some small archeological artefacts and a must-visit viewing point of the Akropolis. The apartment is in a dead end, so it is entirely quiet there despite the business of the city.

Little gem

Pros: The apartment was exactly like the pictures posted, the owner was friendly and accommodated most of our requests when possible. In a quiet neighborhood and really close to the metro which made moving around easy.

Cons: The only thing that was a negative in our case where we like to cook was that the kitchen lacked some utensils for cooking.

Pros: Comfortable place with everything you might need. This apartment was a great choice while staying in beautiful and hot Athens.
