Good place for visiting Athens
Pros: Cozy apartment and good location (close to city center and historical places)
Cons: There is a lot of graffiti on the streets and no washing machine in flat

Pros: The apartment has a personal touch - the design, furniture, pictures, accessories etc give a feeling of a real home where people live (unlike the sterile feeling such places sometimes have). The roof area is big and has privacy. In May 2024 there were still renovations across the streets (mentioned by another visitor before me) but they were already in a stage that was not so noisy (did not disturb me anyhow). I cook all my meals, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The electric stove was very strong and effective! While it is somewhat distanced from the main tourist attractions (except for the nearby Archeological Museum), it is very convenient if you stay for longer period, need time to work or study, etc.
Cons: The neighborhood is under police repression, and there is constant police presence in the nearby crossroads - a minus if police trigers you. The repression is linked to the gentrification of the neighborhood, including the appearance of Air-BNBs, so this is another issue to consider.

Really nice place, small but equipped with everything. Very good price and location.
Pros: The room was very clean, small but cozy, and well-furnished. We found everything we needed and the host was always available for every problem. The heating system also works well. The apartment is located not so far from the city center and every point of interest is pretty easy to reach, furthermore, the place is surrounded by nice restaurants and bars for breakfast. In the end, for the price I paid I don't think I could have found anything better, I'm very happy about this stay!
Cons: I have no real improvements to suggest, even if the place is very small is perfect for two people. There could be a TV but it isn't that important, the only thing that in my opinion would be really useful is a microwave, there's already an electric stove but it might be unapt for cooking some kind of stuff. The bathroom is a little too small but pretty manageable.

Our stay was very nice. Clean and very good position. This is a good place for few nights.
Pros: Small but very clean appartament with enything you need. Very good position
Cons: This is a rooftop and it can be very, very hot during summer. Fortunately there is the air conditioning but we needed to keep it on all night long.

Apartamento para dos cerca de Omonia.
Pros: La verdad que todo perfecto, el apartamento está a 10 minutos andando de la estación de Omonia y a 30 minutos andando de todas las ubicaciones importantes. Está a 5 minutos del Museo arqueología nacional, en un barrio con mucha vida, excelente sobre todo para gente joven. No puedo quejarme de nada, relación calidad-precio genial. La terraza es impresionante.
Cons: Por el precio no se puede tener queja, lo único que la escalera olía a gasoil por la caldera del edificio, pero en el apartamento no se notaba, el ascensor sube hasta el sexto piso y hay que subir unos escalones hasta el séptimo, (parece ser la vivienda de un antiguo portero) Al fin y al cabo detalles insignificantes comparado de lo que he disfrutado. Recomendado.
