Comfortable apartment in a truly lively location

Pros: We loved the square meterage, two very separate bedrooms, super comfortable mattresses and the vibrant location within walking distance from the various attractions, and about a 5 minute walk from the fabulous Strefi Hill park. Shops and amenities are literally on the doorstep downstairs and this includes a 24 hour bakery. It was great to have a washing machine (travelling with a kid and just hand luggage). The terrace was very comfortable to sit on. The kitchen was reasonably equipped with various utensils, and had a nice dining table.

Cons: It was a little tricky to communicate with the flat manager, there were some miscommunications, especially about where used toilet tissue should go. The coffee maker is not an original Nespresso machine, so the capsules don't fit properly and the coffee comes out rather watery. I would suggest getting a jar of instant. The microwave doesn't seem to be warming up the food at all (but yes, I probably am one of those guests who don't know how to use it). The balcony could do with a little TLC, as it doesn't look as welcoming as the pictures anymore. There was a leak under the kitchen sink, some mould/mildew in the bathroom and a shutter strap snapped meaning the front room was 100% dark. The host/manager made no effort to fix it while we were there. Finally, instructions to not turn on the hot water unless necessary (ie if the solar heater hadn't done enough) seemed a bit demanding, like it was the responsibility of the guest to keep the hot water bills as low as possible.

Good choice for accommodation in Athens

Pros: We recently stayed at this comfortable apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary utilities and facilities, making our stay very convenient. The location was perfect, situated close to the main sightseeing spots. There were plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby where we could enjoy a coffee and breakfast in the morning. Additionally, transportation options were readily available, making it easy to get around. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

Cons: All was good. Recommend both apartment and host (very helpful and friendly) while visiting Athens.

Pros: Flat super, host and organization super. Location in Athens is extraordinary but plathia under construction. Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay

Pros: The apartment is perfect for family stay with two descent bedrooms and very nice kitchen. We loved that it also had a nice balcony and very spacious overall.

Cons: It’s not really about the property but rather the neighborhood, which was quite sketchy and rough, i did not feel particularly safe walking there during the night, so we had to take taxis.

Excellent appartment right in the heart of the student area of Athens (which means excellent food)

Pros: The photos of where the lock boxes were really helpful. Getting the information ahead of time was really useful too. Excellent communication.

Cons: We struggled to find the door as the number of the building is not clear and there is a large gate that makes the building look closed off.

Great flat in Central Athens

Pros: Flat is spacious, decorated with style. Kitchen and dining room is great rooms are decent sized and bright as well. Great central location allowed us to walk to the center, plenty of shops around coffee and sandwiched shop just down the corner. Kids loved the large flat screen TV as we were able to connect it with our phone we manged to have a movie night as well. Fully furnished kitchen with tools on hands and a fridge freezer helped when we did not want to go out for a meal.

Cons: Moscitoes! Even the end of October/ beginning of November in Athens we still had some bites, be prepared if you or kids gets itcy if biten. The accomodation had plug in devices though so we bought a liquid refill, which solved the problem.

Amazing place worth to stay in!

Pros: Its really nice place - safe and well located. Host is really nice guy, so is the area where the flat is located. There is supermarket 20m from home and 5-10mins to Omonia or Archeological museum. Its really big and pretty apartment with air conditioner in every room, which is a life saver. I will definitely come back here.

Cons: The only issue we had was the cleaning lady - she came late and to be honest didnt clean the house - we had to clean the floors and bathroom or kitchen again because well, it wasnt clean at all - table was sticky and she didn't even vacuum the apt. But its not such a big deal for us, its just worth to keep in mind.

Pros: De accommodatie heeft twee nette slaapkamers, een ruime keuken met alles wat nodig is. Elke kamer heeft een raam dat open kan.

Cons: Op de hoek van de straten in dit deel van de stad staat 24/7 politie. De agenten gaven aan dat dit voor ieders veiligheid was ivm demonstraties en rellen in de wijk. Wij hebben hier, naar de politie op straat, overigens verder niks van gemerkt.
