Pros: A localização é incrível, bem perto dos principais pontos de Athenas. Fiz tudo andando. O apartamento bem arejado, cheiroso, com tudo direitinho, me surpreendeu muito positivamente. Me surpreendi muito porque tinham avaliações ruins, fui achando que não seria bom e fui mais pelo preço. Chegando lá, foi tudo perfeito

Cons: único ponto é que quando toma banho cai água pra fora do Box, de resto tudo perfeito
