The best owner ever, Eleni!
Pros: I’ve been in many places in this world, but I’ve never found a more attentive, more caring owner, so concerned that everything should be done by the book, than during the vacation we spent in Athens. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a touch of elegance and distinctive design. It is located in an area that offers very short walking distances to the main points of interest in the center of Athens. Many thanks Eleni! 🫂

A cozy and affordable place in Neos Kosmos.
Pros: Clean, modern apartment with air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, a lovely balcony, and a great location, just a 10-minute walk to the metro and a nice 25-minute walk to Plaka.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this newly renovated and fully equipped apartment in Athens. The space was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The beds were large and incredibly comfortable, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. The location was ideal—just a 7-minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 25-minute walk to the Acropolis. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus, especially when traveling with a group. The neighborhood had a great vibe, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby offering delicious Greek food. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros: Fully renovated apartment in Neos Kosmos vibrant neighbourhood. Everything is new, pretty and nice looking. Close to a cute pedestrian road. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fully functional kitchen. Perfect for a family or two couples!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung wieder wählen bzw. empfehlen.
Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Im Viertel selbst gibt es Super- und kleine Märkte und Tavernen. In 20 - 25 Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf der Shopingmeile oder bei historischen Orten wie der Akropolis oder dem Panatineikon Stadtion. Mit dem ÖPNV ist die Wohnung auch super zu erreichen, aber fürs Bummeln in der Stadt braucht man den gar nicht. Im Viertel sind wir Nachts zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen und haben uns super sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist auch schick und der Preis angemessen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch prima. Schnell und passend.

Ritkán találkozik ilyen szállással ahol minden rendben van. Csak ajánlani tudom .
Pros: Az apartman nagyon igényes volt, két hálószoba , két WC , nagy terasszal. Az utca csendes volt. Közel a metró gyorsan el lehet jutni minden hova. A szállásadó segítőkész .

Perfect stay in Athens!
Pros: Very comfortable appartment for a stay with a family, all the necessary facilities in place, close to the center. We could cook, wash and iron our clothes, found everything what's needed for a stay like at home. I would come here again for a longer stay.
Cons: Needed more accurate check of the address prior to the arrival, it is easy to get lost in Athens. But we managed everything with a help of the host via Whatsup.

Jo elhelyezkedésű, gazdagon felszerelt tiszta, szép lakás biztonságos környéken!
Pros: Jo elhelyezkedés, csendes környék, közel a busz és metrómegállò, bevásárlóhelyek Házigazda segítőkész. Tïsztaság a lakásban, ami teljesen felszerelt, modern. Két hálószoba, fürdőszobs zuhanyzóval és wc-vel és egy különálló wc is van, nagy terasz, redőnyök,sxobákban nagy pakolóhelyek, légkondi.
Cons: Ha nem pároddal érkezel, akkor számíts rá, hogy franciaágyanként egy nagy takaróhuzat van.
