Nice property; amazing host!
Pros: The host was amazing! Greatest experience I've had in a while! What stood out is how much helpful advice was provided proactively and timely. As an example, there was a taxi strike in Athens the day of arrival and the host proactively gave much information to facilitate transport planning. Also a detailed restaurant list and attraction list was provided and that is above typical expectations for such rentals. All communication was very timely and responses quick. This simply enhanced the overall positive experience which I was already expecting, as I have stayed in this property once before.
Cons: The price was a bit higher than typical for the area, though the overall experience made up for it somehow.

Amazing Apartment
Pros: Excellent location, near shops and restaurants. Lovely apartment. very clean, spacious. large balcony. Very quiet. 25 min walk to the Royal Palace. Tram stop is 15 mins away. You can go directly to the beaches in 30 mins on a tram Staff very responsive to questions

Prima verblijf voor paar dagen Athene
Pros: Ruim appartement, goede airco, goede bedden, wasmachine aanwezig De eigenaar, Eleni hebben we meerdere keren contact mee gehad en ze reageerde meteen. Erg prettig. Fijne locatie, over het algemeen tevreden
Cons: In de beschrijving staat dat er 2 badkamers zijn maar dat is niet waar. Er is maar 1 badkamer met douche en de andere ruimte is een toilet. In de keuken geen keukenhanddoeken en keukenrol aanwezig. Er is een mini vaatwasser, we waren met zn vieren en dan is die snel vol. Dan het terras, het is een groot terras maar het zonnescherm doek is gescheurd en zakte in. De vloer is met kunstgras, die de hele tijd nat is omdat de airco er op drupt. Hebben er zelf maar een bak onder gezet, en die moest je echt 2x per dag legen. De bankjes en stoelen , daar kan je echt niet op zitten zo pijnlijk en hard, dus eigenaar gecontacteerd en die stuurde meteen iemand met hele dunne kussens, maar dat werkte helaas ook niet.

Gran acierto para unos días en Atenas
Pros: Muy cómodo, el aire funcionaba perfectamente en plena ola de calor y era muy silencioso. Como en casa.
Cons: El wifi no funcionó y nada más.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito e dotato di tutto. L host è molto disponibile e pronta a venirti in aiuto, all'arrivo ha fatto di tutto per farci trovare l'appartamento pronto in anticipo e inoltre parla molto bene l'italiano! Nel complesso ottima esperienza!
Cons: La doccia è di quelle walk in e l'acqua bagna tutto il pavimento del bagno, l'appartamento dista circa 20/30 minuti a piedi dalla metro e dal centro quindi la sera tardi per tornare abbiamo dovuto usare spesso i taxi (che comunque con uber hanno prezzi accessibilissimi)

Cons: המים שיוצאים מהמקלחת מעט מבאסים וגם הקומקום היה עם הרבה אבנית. מעבר לזה הכל היה מושלם

Pros: הדירה גדולה ומוארת. חדרים מעולים. מרפסת גדולה ונוחה. שני שירותים ומרפסת לכל חדר. המיקום מעולה. ברחוב מרכזי עם מאפיות, מסעדות בארים סופרמרקט וחנויות 10 דקות הליכה לפארק יפה 20 דקות הליכה למרכז אתונה יש מעלית ותחושת ביטחון
Cons: המקלחת זקוקה למקלחון ולא לוילון. המים גולשים מהמקלחת

Un appartamento fantastico!!!
Pros: Ci è piaciuto tutto. La casa è arredata con stile ed accuratezza. Gli spazi sono grandi e la casa è vivibilissima. La cucina è bellissima, ed alcune chicche (tipo lavatrice con asciugatrice) sono difficilmente riscontrabili in giro. Apri la porta di casa.... e c'è un effetto WOW.
Cons: Collegherei la Smart Tv ad Internet: se capitano giornate piovose (com'è successo a noi, sfortunatamente) può essere utile. Non comodissime le sedie del balcone (molto bello). Il box doccia è migliorabile. Ma stiamo parlando di aspetti secondari.
