Royal Apartment

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, we enjoyed our short stay

Pros: Very spacious apartment with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms (both with a shower), which is great if you're traveling with more people. There's a washing machine for your clothes and a hairdryer. The kitchen has everything you need – coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, plenty of glasses, cups, bowls, and plates – all nice and tidy. Very good internet connection. The location is convenient and close to the city center. There are nearby stores and supermarkets, as well as places to eat. The building itself looks great and is nicely decorated.

Cons: The part of the city isn’t very nice – there are homeless people and junkies in the neighborhood. We didn’t have any issues, but it’s not pleasant to see. One of the showers was leaking, so there was a lot of water on the floor after using it. The way the water is heated in the bathroom is a bit strange (not sure if it’s safe). When you open the bedroom windows, there are a lot of construction remnants outside, which doesn’t feel great. That said, none of this spoiled our stay – it’s great value for the money.

Pros: Daire fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Gayet temizdi.Tüm eşyalar var. Metro durağına yürüme mesafesinde, yakınında market ve fırın var. Evde çay ve kahve var, balkon sefası yapabilirsiniz.

Cons: Sevmediğim bir şey olmadı. 👍 Yalnızca ısıtma olarak klima var, biz gittiğimizde hava soğuk değildi ama kışın gidenler bunu göz önünde bulundurabilir.

Cons: Klimalar çok iyi çalışmıyordu.

Un apartament agradable i centric

Pros: Molt bé situat, vam anar caminant a tota teu. Zona tranquila y plena de llocs on menjar alguna cosa

We loved the apartment, we loved Athens, we loved Greece

Pros: The apartment is in a central location, 5 minutes walk from the metro. The keys were found in the safe at the entrance to the house, it took several attempts to open the safe. A pleasant apartment, first floor, includes a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice dining area, two bedrooms, two bathroom units and toilets. We loved the decorated plates, and the matching serving utensils. The kitchen had all the accessories we needed. There are three coffee machines in the apartment, we did not try them. Those who use coffee making machines will surely be happy with them. We found in the kitchen an almost full bottle of oil, salt, sugar, pepper and other things that made us happy.

Cons: Bedroom windows face a narrow shaft, which is used to store air conditioner compressors. Actually windows cannot be used. The photos show a balcony with a table and two chairs. It is not possible to sit on this balcony, lots of noise from the busy street below. If you close the windows, the noise is not noticeable. We found a microwave in the kitchen cupboard that didn't work, although it looked fairly new. There is an oven that does not work. We reported on the microwave and the oven and did not get serious attention. We managed with the electric stove. The communication with owener/representatives was carried out on WhatsApp, it requires improvement - we wrote and called about the oven, to make sure that we are operating it correctly - we did not answer.

Estupendo departamento!

Pros: Es un hermoso departamento muy bien equipado y super cómodo. Con un check-in muy fácil. Cerca de la estación del metro Omonia.

Cons: La zona es algo siniestra

I gestori sempre disponibili e gentili e la casa è stata un ottima dimora per un mese.

Pros: La casa era come nelle nostre aspettative e i gestori erano molto disponibili. Ci siamo trovati come a casa nostra.

Cons: Unica pecca di poco conto: a noi italiani piace molto cucinare, e ci siamo ritrovati senza troppe oggettistiche per la cucina.

Pros: Everything was fabulous. A mansion for nothing. Fully equipped, spacious, in the heart of Athens.

Cons: There was nothing not to like. The owner was friendly and on time, and the apartment was excellent.
