Pros: The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully furnished. It has almost everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The wifi is good, the TV has Netflix, the shower is spacious with plenty of hot water, there are lots of lights everywhere, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is spacious, and the communication with the host was very good. The area is nice and quiet.

Cons: Some minor quibbles, which many people may not care about: - The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it less safe. - The entrance door of the apartment, despite being a security door, has an old type lock, which is no longer secure. - There are no TVs in the bedrooms, although there are TV outlets. - The couch is located right next to the kitchen sink, so it's very hard to avoid its getting splashed with water. - The kitchen sink gets easily clogged. - The dining room table and chairs are uncomfortable. - There is no dishwasher or tumble dryer for clothes (but there is a clothes washer). - The bathroom sink and the toilet are unusually high.
