Christmas stay in Athenes
Pros: I had a nice time there. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, offering amazing views over Athens from both balconies. The location is very good. The street is quiet, there are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket nearby. The tram and metro are just a few minutes’ walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Acropolis and around 30 minutes to Syntagma Square.
Cons: In my opinion, the apartment is rather modestly equipped. Basic items such as coffee, tea, and paper towels were missing. The balcony chairs are in very poor condition. They are heavily worn and did not feel safe to use. The sofa in the living room is also quite worn and should be replaced. The property has potential, but it clearly needs refurbishment and better equipment.

Pros: Just perfect, best apartment I've been so far in Athens. Amazing view, great balcony, 7th floor, airy and sunny, neat and clean, warm in winter, spoiling, Super kind host, quiet building in very good condition, great location, very close to the metro, tram, Neos Kosmos + Siggrou fix, supermarkets + Saturday market.

Pros: GREAT BALCONY, AMAZING VIEW, COZY, Super kIND HOST, AIRY AND full of SUN LIGHT, HUGE WINDOWS, Independent heating system of radiators + air conditioning heating, electric shutters, High floor, BEST LOCATION. Comfortable, neat and clean. The building and elevator are quite fancy, in exceptional condition and very quiet. 2 Supermarkets and Saturday market in 1-2 minutes walking distance, Neos Kosmos Stations in 3-4 min, sigrou fix-koukaki in 8-10min. I was out of season, but relative to the price and in general, the apartment was the most enjoyable I've stayed in Athens so far, without competition ..
Cons: the bathroom could perhaps be improved a bit but it is minor compared to the benefits. an elementary espresso machine could fit with a crazy balcony like this...

Great stay
Pros: Clean comfortable apartment, perfect location! Felt safe and it was about a 20min walk to the acropolis. Instructions given by Iro for check-in and checkout were great. There was a last minute change to my flight and Iro was very accommodating to let me checkout a little later. Thanks so much!
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like, my only suggestion would be to maybe give some recommendations for local restaurants and provisions would add to the experience.

Pros: Υπέροχη θέα, κάθαρο δωμάτιο, βολική τοποθεσία δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ, καφέ, μέσα μεταφοράς.. Η κυρία Ηρώ εκεί για ό,τι προκύψει και ο,τι χρειαστείς με το χαμόγελο

Un sejur minunat!
Pros: Amplasarea apartamentului e superbă, un cartier liniștit și foarte aproape de statia de metrou și de magazine/ cafenele/ baruri care lucrează 24/7. Apartamentul e spațios, luminos, dotat cu absolut toate necesitățile. Patul confortabil, terasa exterioara extraordinară. Recomand aceasta locație cu mare plăcere! Dacă revin in Atena, aleg doar aici sa stau. Mulțumesc frumos gazdei, a fost una foarte primitoare, amabilă și a livrat informații suplimentare folositoare cu referire la îmbunătățirea șederii.
Cons: Totul a fost absolut perfect!

Pros: Είναι η 2η φορά που το προτιμώ και για ακόμα μια φορά όλα ήταν θαυμάσια. Πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις παροχές και ανέσεις που αναφέρει, σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι σαν το σπίτι σου. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
